Just IP ban them

I keep seeing random people getting banned. I think they are just either the same person or different people doing the same thing. Their introductions are lazily made.

It was another user’s family member screwing around. I used the nuclear option and it ended up banning the user who was getting trolled by his family in the process. Obviously I overturned it when I conversed with him. This isn’t a good use case for an IP Ban.
