gaming Should Game Freak redistrubute the event Pokemon?

certain Pokemon, like the Spikey-eared Pichu, from HGSS, or the Pikachu that knew Fly or Surf had to stay on the games you got them on, because HM moves are unable to be transferred to other gens, and Spiky-eared Pichu....because, I guess. *shrug*

 

can you see these special event pokemon being redistributed for those who own a copy of Sword/Shield? Or Ultra Sun/ Moon? Is it fair that these few Pokemon with certain conditions that don't allow them to be traded to other games have to forever be lost to time?

If they remember that such Pokémon exist then I'm sure they will figure something out.
