Should some background characters have their own episodes?

Yes, I think there should be an episode where background characters are in a main scene. I don't know about a whole episode though, maybe something like the Derpy bit of 'The Last Round-Up'. I would quite like an episode with Vinyl Scratch in. I wanna see what her voice is like.
