How likely is it that ENW will go as planned this year?

The Washington Governor has layed out a four stage plan for reopening the state to pre-COVID status, starting back on May 5th, with each phase lasting at least three weeks. That puts WA to be on track for late July to be fully out of lock down. 

 But even then that's cutting it close. Any delays and the con will be closed. So how optimistic is the community that we'll still get ENW? How far out should we wait to reserve flights, hotels, days off and attendance badges?

Assuming that each phase lasts three weeks, that puts Phase 4 at July 7.  In theory that gives EFNW about a month of buffer time in case something goes wrong.  Of course there’s a risk, but I would be optimistic at this point.
