What is your opinion on Octavio Pie?

There is something about him that people say about him. As a big fan of the Pie family, I'm always intrigued on the lore and history of every character in the My Little Pony franchise. I'd like to get your thoughts on what you have with Octavio, is it the name, his attitude, behavior, etc.?

I don't see how he's any better than Maud, but you are entitled to that opinion, I think we can all agree on respecting that.
