If the Crystal War from the Cutie Re-Mark were to have spilled over into the Human World, In what ways do you think it could go where it would be capable of destroying that world?

So what possible routes could this war between magical horses go that would result in the destruction of the Human World and the near destruction of the Human race? Wherein it's capable of inflicting that level of apocalyptic destruction upon the Human World?

When i mean apocalyptic, I mean Darksiders levels of genocide and destruction, if you even know what that game series it.
