Redesign a OC for me?

So I've been trying to redo Moon Glass for a few weeks and just keep having a brain block with her.  I want to keep her colors but maybe give a bit of a long mane with a bit more style to it and a bit of a flow to her tail.  Maybe add in a necklace of some kind or make her look a little more "punkish".  

She does live in the crystal empire and her talent is making "magical" lights for things like shows and plays and stages and also works with putting on magic light shows.  She is very matter-of-fact in personality and says how it is and hates souls beating around the bush. Yet she knows when to drop in a softer word when needed.

I really like overall but maybe give it a bit of a slight "glow" effect a bit?

I would say mostly a deep royal purple and a string lighter purple,  like lilacs color.
