The closet we got to a Chinese MLP character would have to be Tang Bao, a character from an obscure Chinese live holographic production called My Little Pony: The Adventures of Daming Palace.

Man, I wish we had some merch of that horse I could import like I did with cupcake chibi horses and Hello Miniworld chibi girls

other than the above official holographic play, the closest we got are the vendor of the Alicorn Ambulet; and despite I think not showing any strong Asian culture, excuse my ignorance: Divine dragon horses  (these take more from Japan, I think. But Kirin myths originated in China)
