what is this? is sci-twi gets power from Princess Twilight's 'pony up' then in this part where are her wings if she is supposed to be an Alicorn? Alicorn or unicorn? tell me what you think

I have an idea. Alicornhood is something earned by finding your destiny as a leader. Scitwi has not done that, so as a pony she is still a unicorn. When she ponys up, she draws magic from Princess Twilight and has those magical wings. However, her pony form is unique and separate from Princess Twilight.
