You may have noticed that the life of a world like Equestria would without a doubt certainly be easier than life on earth. 

That's not just imagination on your part.

Earth is the highest difficulty of game or challenge allowed.

We're here instead of a world like Equestria because we sought far more difficult challenges than what a world like Equestria could hope to provide.

We never lost the magic or spiritual gifts we have learned up until this point we are just on a world that handicaps such to certain degree because if not we'd become too bored.

So just like what we have seen in EG magic still exists here it's just accessed differently.
