Yesterday I learned about an interesting book

Oh, that's a great book! True classic. Was first published in 1948 but still seems helpful to me.

Share your opinion on it here with us later, please ^w^

Good time of the day, ponies. How is it going?

I'm melting of stress so found some time to walk to a new cafe where I have never been before just to walk my legs.

UPD: this tea is kind of magical indeed. Suddenly I feel so peaceful ^•^

Pine needle tea next to a jar of honey.

I recently had to go to technical school for assignments, I was a little nervous, so I started doing a workout, after the workout I did Wim Hof's breathing exercise, but I was still nervous, so I took an ice bath. I spent 1 minute in the ice bath and even dove under water for a few seconds. After that, I calmed down. This is how I overcame my nervousness.

I'm thinking now how can I manage to do the necessary things? I have little time, but a lot of things to do, I don't have time to do everything. I'm too lazy to do some things.

Aww, it's so crowded here and everypony is full of business vibes ^•^ I love it

@ComanderZhabikKlavik, I'm 100% sure you aren't lazy. Just sometimes we are pushing ourselves too hard and have no energy to continue, eventually. You can try to rearrange priority of your tasks.

First you do urgent things, then important.

Also check what things you could postpone for later or decline at all to free some resources for now. Life is too short to do everything. One wise pony once taught me: "don't waste time for unimportant things and important will come"

P.S. your beverages are always the most creative here ^•^

Talking about me, today it's the first day of my vacation but seems I have to work twice harder. Lol, don't ask

Have a nice morning/evening ponies!

I have read the entire book by Dale Carnegie and it is an amazing book. Shortly before I started reading this book I had already started to apply one piece of advice that helped me very well. This advice is to live in the compartment of today. I wrote down the rest of the advice from the book in a notebook. Now I need to start applying the rest of the advice. This book helped me and I am glad that I read it! @Blizzard Wizard Thank you for mentioning this book on the forum. Now I have started reading the next book by Dale Carnegie how to win friends and influence people.

I learned about another interesting book The Swordless Samurai and I would like to read it. And I would also like to read David Goggins' book Never Finished. I read David Goggins' book Can't Hurt Me a year ago and it's amazing. That's why I want to read his second book. I tried to download the book from the Internet, but I haven't found a site where I can do this yet.

I sometimes read several books at once and right now I'm reading one of the warrior cats books. Has anyone read warrior cats? How do you like it? I really like warrior cats!

Thank you for sharing. I added all 3 books to my list to study them later :adorkable:

P.S. I'm sorry ponies, I have no tea to share lately. All the time on the go, mostly drinking coffee.

Hello, ponies. Last couple months were intense for me so I had no any chance to slow down and have a quality moment inhaling smell of freshly brewed sencha. :kirin:

Sometimes life can be a crazy stream of pure chaos throwing you up and down. But even in such moments you can catch a moment of perfect ballance.

Enjoy your day, ponies. :mlp_nom:

Watching my favorite TV show with Fluttershy plush

Hi everyone!:) I am thinking about what to do when the holidays start (tomorrow is my last working day and the holidays will start). Should I rest or do my tasks:huh:? I have more free time on holidays and I will be able to do more. Maybe I should do some tasks and rest. That is why I almost never ask for advice and almost never ask for help because when I start thinking about problems I come up with a solution to them myself.

@ComanderZhabikKlavik, you could start your holidays from planning, what things you would like to do, both business and relaxing. Then, at the very end of vacation,  you could analyse what you actually achieved and how well you rested. This experiment can give you understanding of limits of your productivity, and maybe even some unexpected conclusions. ^•^ Have fun!

So why do you ask now if you always can find solution by yourself? ^w^

While I was typing the message I didn't know the answer to my question, but then I thought of it. I decided not to delete the message, because otherwise I would have nothing to write.

Now I'm thinking about which book I should read from those I recently bought.

I recently decided to talk a little bit with the AI character Fluttershy. Now I'm thinking about deleting the chat with her. I just wanted to talk, but the conversation is going the wrong way. I'll talk to her again and see where it leads. If any heresy starts, I will delete the chat right away.
