I wanted to check out this site, but it seems to be down. I tried using a different network, and I tried waiting (I first tried to connect yesterday). Could it be a problem with my device, or are others having this problem as well?

Is this permanent? If so, shouldn't the listing on https://poniverse.net be removed or at least have some text stating that it is inactive?

It's not really that serious. It is probably permanent though. There is a rewrite in some state of Poniverse.net's main website to update some things but as we're an all-volunteer organization, it takes a backburner for real life stuff.
