Now don't hate on me! Rain is basically a channel for my emotions. Which is why she's bloody suicidal all. The. Time.

Anyways, it'd be random to give her powers now. And she does have a kind of power. Remember 1337's whole "let's murder Rain cuz she's basically a freak" tirade? That.

EDIT: Oh, and you missed it, but in Uprising I also made her immune to many diseases. Which is why she's not a vampy.
