I use EBAY to buy all my pony stuff. The only downside that I find to online shopping is the long wait and the expensive shipping fees. However I have no choice because  all the stores in my area doesn't have any good MLP stuff

I shop both Target and Hot Topic. Believe me, if it weren't for ponies, I'd never step hoof in a Hot Topic store. Though, I'm far from being afraid of being seen buying pony toys in public. I'm 200 pounds and built like a linebacker, who's gonna mess with me?

Shirts: DEFINITELY try welovefine.com. They are a little pricey, but they are very high quality and I love the shirts that I have.

 

We Love Fine also has some posters. I bought a Fluttershy messenger bag today and because I spent enough money I got a free poster.

How small are we talking about for toys? Because there are two kinds: there are the PVC or "blind bag" toys with molded hair that are about 2 inches tall, and there are the 5 inch brushable toys. A lot of bronies prefer the smaller ones with the molded hair because as long as the hair is molded correctly they are more "show-accurate," however with a little creativity you can make the brushables look show-accurate as well (and if you decide to get ponies who aren't in the show, you can customize them a little more by making their hair look different, as opposed to the PVC toys where their molded hair looks just like the mane 6s' hairstyles).

 

Online, you can get toys at http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/my-little-pony, http://www.toywiz.com/mylittlepony.html, and if you are looking for a specific toy that can't be found at either store, try ebay. The Toywiz link also has a Plush section.

 

In stores, I have had the best luck finding toys at Toys R Us, Target, and Meijer. People have gotten toys at Walmart too, but the Walmart by my house is shit so I have never had luck there. Toys R Us and Target will also have exclusive sets that are only sold at their stores. And I have no idea where you are located geographically, but Meijer is located only in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and maybe another state in the midwest. If you are not located in any of those states, sorry. But anyone from any of those states will know that Meijer has a decently good selection of pony toys. At least you still have Toys R Us and Target, and maybe you are lucky enough to have a not-shitty Walmart in your area.

 

People will say that Hot Topic is a good place for shirts... but while they aren't wrong, I find their selection to be limited, and they actually carry We Love Fine t-shirts in their stores anyways. May as well get the shirts directly for the company, ya know?

Some of the bigger comic/anime shops sell stuff like shirts, the comics, those pony saddlebag things (pinkie & derpy ones i saw in leeds) and one had these really tiny mlp ponies in bags but you can't see which ones are i them so you might get the same one several times.
