private Start of a new life

[Electrobolt 2,069]

Electrobolt was looking at the houses and began to think about which one would be a good choice for them, before hearing a voice shout out to them. After the unicorn that had called out to them used his magic to pull them down in order to protect them from the pillar of smoke, he looked on in confusion. "Um... What just happened...?" he asked, eyes wide open as he now got back onto his hooves.

"Uh...nothing. It was nothing. I just saved you from getting burned, is all." The unicorn got up and dusted himself off, before looking at the group. "Sorry 'bout that. You guys all right?"

 

The unicorn stallion had an off-white coat with a dark-gray mane with a dark-red stripe through it, with a green-colored cutie mark consisting of a fireball and three sparkles, and vibrant green eyes. Said eyes, however, were currently fixed on the jet-black pegasus trying to make himself invisible. The unicorn cocked his head and spoke up, "Wait a minute...Midnight? Midnight Moon?"

Eris looked closely at the watches, "anything diamond encrusted. I assure you I can afford anything you may be holding back." Eris cleared his throat, "what if I put in a custom order? A one-of-a-kind, it appeals to me." Eris smiled at Clock, "I'm sure we could work somehting out. Are you the owner?"

midnight looked up, "jade?" midnight blinked "i havent seen you since we were colts...." he smiled a little shyly, "h-how have you been?" he looked over at the lost electrobolt, "oh umm, sorry, electro, mid, jade, jade, electro and mid." he introduced each of the ponies to each other.

Jade interrupted the introduction. "Holy crap, it is you!" he announced, before grabbing Midnight and pulling him into an embrace. "What has it been, like three years now?"

[Electrobolt 2,069]

Electrobolt just looked on as both Midnight and Jade seemed to be enjoying their reunion, his face still having some shock left on it. Shaking his head, he regained his composure as he said, "Um, it's nice to meet you, Jade... So, you know Midnight?"

midnight hugged him back then slowly pried himself out of his friends embrace, "yeah, something like that." he chuckled nervously looking around, "hold on a sec jade," he looked over at electro "yeah, about three years ago we met as colts, in canterlot."

Jade ignored him and turned to Electro. "Jade Flare, at your service. Midnight and I were best friends back when we lived in Canterlot." Jade announced happily, before looking at Midnight. "And I see his social phobia has gotten even worse." he noted, sadly, before shaking his head. "Anyway, what brings you guys to Ponyville?"

Ivy got up off the floor, shaking the dirt from her green mane. She looked puzzled and put a hoof to her mouth. She looked at Jade and the Midnight “Hello” she said simply. She was still shocked from what just happened. So lacked the personailty that everyone grown to love.

midnight looked over and nuzzled ivy, "you alright?" he smiled softly, dusting her off with his wing.

[Electrobolt 2,069]

Electrobolt also looked over to Ivy, who seemed to be completely in shock. He then trotted over and joined in dusting the dirt off of her, saying, "It's alright, Ivy. We're here with you, so don't be nervous." Returning his attention to Jade, whom asked what they were in Ponyville for, Electrobolt responded, "Well, we're thinking about moving here."

Ivy nodded and looked at midnight and Electrobolt with a smile. “Thanks, I guess it was a shock because I was still flying” she laughed. She turned and nuzzled Midnight and then to Electrobolt and nuzzled him also. She smiled as the dirt had gone from her body.

midnight nodded over at jade, "yeah, we had some....complications while in hoofington, and well...decided to move here." he chuckled, "not many ponys there like somepony that has a coltfriend and a marefriend....and is open about it."

midnight blushed and tried to hide behind electro and ivy, "y-yes...."

Ivy looked at and jade and smiled. “Well yes,” she replayed simply. She looked back at midnight and put her wing over Midnight. “Don’t be afraid, it will be ok now” she told him.

[Electrobolt 2,069]

Electrobolt's face began to turn a bright shade of red when he heard Jade's response to what Midnight had said. Nervously, he slowly nodded his head, not making a peep while doing so.

Jade was confused. "Uhhh...well, maybe I don't want to know." Jade perked up. "Well, in any case, welcome to Ponyville! Just watch out for Pinkie Pie, and you should be fine."

midnight smiled and nodded, "thanks jade, umm, do you know about any of these houses?" he pointed to the three that were for sale, "if were gonna move in, we need a place to stay."

Jade looked at the houses. "These could work, but they're rather expensive. It depends on how much money you have, really."

midnight frowned, "well, i have enough, saved it from my bow compititions

Ivy took flight again and put her hoof on her chin. She put some bits on the floor and looked at them. “I guess, I only have job once a year” she blinked. She looked at midnight with a smile, “These houses are massive”

Jade shook his head, he wasn't much of a house-choosing pony. "I dunno. I'd recommend the one to the side here, but mainly because it has a tree." Jade walked forward. "The one in the middle here, the previous owner ran a drug den out of the basement, so the house has a real bad reputation. It sounds like you three are trying to avoid negative attention, soo...yeah."

Clock thought a moment before replying, "Well, I guess I could slip in an extra order for our next shipment, but that would mean you would have to pay the shipping and handling for your own watch sibce our budget doesn't exactly have room for custom orders.". He then chuckled and shook his head, "No, no, I'm the son of the owner. Names Clockwork"
