((ugh, just got out of surgery a couple hours ago))

 

Clocks eyes widened and his eyes shined with excitement, "Y-you want it made by ME? Well I accept that and will exceed your expectations!" he said happily, a smile on his face. If there was something he absolutely loved, it was to be able to make his own original timepiece for a customer. He looked over at Lovely and smiled, "And I would greatly appreciate the company while I work miss Lovely" he said kindly.

"Do I need to pay you extra to babysit?" Eris laughed.

Lovely huffed, "I'm not a baby!"

"Well we'll be off. Nice meeting you." Cherished smiled as she escorted Lovely out the door.

"We'll be in-touch Clocwork," Eris shook Clock's hoof professionally.

 

Outside Cherished noticed so new ponies moving in. She saw Ivy bring and box into the new home, "need any help moving?"

Clock smiled and went back to work. He would begin working on the watch tomorrow, seeing as he had a lot to do today. He fixed up his saddlebag and filled the pockets with many different clocks that he had to deliver to ponies in Ponyville. He ended up having a large and heavy load, but years of doing this has made it easy for him. He walked out and spotted the new ponies that he saw earlier, walking up to them he said "Well nice to see you again! And welcome to Ponyville! Here, this is a little house warming gift for you all" he pulled out a nice cherry wood framed mantle clock, polished and very nice looking. He then turned to Eris, "I shall begin the watch tomorrow, today I have numerous deliveries to make." he then addressed the others, "Now I must be off, lots of clocks to drop off today! Perhaps I'll see you all later!"

midnight returned with jade in tow and bit his lip at the new ponies, "umm....h-hello." he smiled akwardly before slipping inside the door, then shut his eyes and breathed, he needed to get over his social phobia.....but that was easier said then done.

After having browsed through the house, Electrobolt returned to the entryway. Right there, he saw Midnight. Smiling, Electrobolt walked up to him and slipped him a kiss. He then asked, the smile still on his face, "Hey Midnight, how did it go? Do we own this house now?"

midnight nodded and slipped a return kiss, "yes, we do, we officially live here now." he smiled and quickly buried his muzzle in electros neck, "why.....why am i so scared around new ponies?" he asked with a slight whimper

Electrobolt let out a small sigh as he rested his head against Midnight. He then responded, "Just give it some time... I'm sure everything will work out perfectly for us here in Ponyville... A fresh start for the three of us..." He then lifted his head up and looked at Midnight's face, a warm smile shown. "Trust me, things will be a hundred times better here."

midnight sighed and nodded, "i- believe you, its, just....will i ever get over being afraid of ponies, i use to be sociable, you know i was, but it just seems like im totally diffrent now."

Electrobolt kissed Midnight once again before he nuzzled up against his cheek. "I'm sure you will... But these things can take time..." he began. "Take it slowly at first, though... But anyways, how about we settle in our new home first, get all unpacked?"

Jade looked at the door and blinked, before he sighed and shook his head. Yep, that's the Midnight he knew all right. Jade saw Cherished and Ivy, and walked up to say hello.

midnight nodded and started to open boxes, and move things around, he then blinked and whimpered, "where is it?"

As Electrobolt was about to help Midnight unpack, he heard him whimpering. Concerned for his love, he asked, "Midnight...? Are... Are you alright...? What's wrong...?"

midnight looked through the boxes that he packed frantically "no no no no, its gotta be here, i know i packed it......" he started to look through all the boxes, "its gotta be here, its just gotta."

After seeing Midnight search through all the boxes frantically, he began to have a feeling he knew what Midnight was trying to find. *Oh no... Don't tell me he...* Electrobolt began to think before he shook his head. Wanting to help ease Midnight's mind and heart, he joined in searching through the boxes, trying to find what Midnight was looking for.

midnights eyes were starting to well up, his bow was missing, it had been a gift from luna when he won his first compition in canterlot, and it meant alot to him, this couldnt be happening, not now.

he shook his head as he got to the last box and it was empty, "damnit......how could i leave it? w-where did i leave it?"

After not being able to find Midnight's bow, Electrobolt sighed as he sat down. He looked over to Midnight as he frowned. He knew the bow meant so much to him, and now it's lost. *It means so much to him...* he thought, still looking at Midnight. Getting up on his hooves, he walked over to Midnight and nuzzled him gently. He then said, "Hey, Midnight...? If you want, well... I could go out there and look for your bow, alright...? I'll look for as long as I possibly could for you..."

midnight was full on crying, and he didnt feel anything except sadness until electro nuzzled him and asked him if he wanted him to go look for it, wiping his eyes with his hooves, he looked down, "what if i left it in hoofington, i-im not sending you back there, and im not going back there myself...."

Electrobolt sat down next to Midnight as he lifted his head up with one hoof, while helping to wipe the tears out with the other. While Midnight's head was still lifted up, he gave him a soft kiss. Once he ended the kiss, he asked, "Well, if you don't want to go alone, and you won't send me out to find it... Why don't we go together...? I would do anything to make you happy, Midnight... You know that..." He then gave Midnight a gentle hug.

midnight sighed, "y-yeah, m-mabey it just fell out of the cart along the way, i-it was a bumpy road?," he smiled at electros attempts to cheer him up, and it was working.

"im sorry, its just this bow means alot to me."

Once he saw Midnight smile, Electrobolt smiled himself. "I know it does," he responded to Midnight. "And if it did fall off the cart, it probably couldn't be that far out. It would also mean we don't have to go back into Hoofington, too." He nuzzled Midnight once more before saying, "So before it gets late, why don't we go and find your bow?"

midnight nodded and smiled again, licking his loves cheek before nodding, "alright, lets go before its too late,"

and he trotted towards the front door.

Eris was surprised to see Clockwork so quickly. "Ah of course take your time." He spoke strongly as Clockwork turned about his business.

Cherished turned surprised to see another colt. "What is this like babe central?" Cherished smiled at Jade with her way about herself. "Morning."

"Lovely, invite the clockmaker for dinner this evening."

"Me?"

"Yes, now run along."

Eris ventured into the house where he saw two colts, "hello my good fellows. I'm Eris. You must be new here, a lot of moving you've been doing by the looks of it. Why not take a break this evening and join me and my lovely sister for sinner. Surely you haven't had time to prepare yourselves anything."

midnight blinked and took a slow step back from eris, "ummm.....i-i...." he looked to electro for support, but found the colt had dissappeared for the moment, he swallowed and dug at the ground with his hoof in a shy manner.

Ivy was still wondering around the house, she heard someone come through the door. hmm… I’m sure Midnight and Electrobolt just left she walked down the stairs. Seeing no one was down here her tail twitched. She shrugged and started to unpack.

Clock continued onward with his deliveries when he heard hoof steps behind him. Looking back, he noticed Lovely approach him, she seemed almost dejected, which made Clockwork concerned "Why hello Lovely, anything I can help you with?" he asked while he placed a cuckoo clock next to the door of a pony's house.
