Here is some art I made for my fanfic. I didn't know if I should post it there or here so to be on the safe side. I post it here and link it there.

Here you can find what I wrote. Feel free to point out mistakes and plot holes.

I'm not sure what part of this picture is, but you drew a pretty good Celestia.

I didn't get this comment.

What did you mean?

The first image is really good and I like it. You may want to move the crown slightly over to the right in the image so the main point is better centered on her face.

The second image though is very off. You have her lashes in the front of her eye. You need to place them in the back of the eye. When animation or cartoonist artists place the lashes in the front, it's usually a signal towards flirtation or attraction to another. Of course you'd need the lashes to be thicker to pull that off better, but it would still feel much stronger it you place them in the back of the eye.

Of course, I COULD be completely wrong with the image and it's actually facing up to the right making the placement of it correct, but the way it's displayed shows off like it's looking downwards.

Okay, I keep trying to make heads or tails on the image and am getting no where. The angle it's placed is showing downwards slope with how the eye and the lid/brow is shaped, but the placement of the ear and crown, along with lashes, suggest an upward slope. My head hurts now....

Practice makes perfect; but if nobody's perfect, why practice?

I think Celestia is holding her head high in the second one. The image is the right side of her face and she is side-glancing down at another pony. The shadowing kinda throws me off, but I think I'm right..? I feel the glare could use an eyebrow furrow... More-so than it currently does. In the proper direction, as well.

Other than that, I'd say this is some quality art! Keep up the good work, Zweiterversuch!

(Also, what program did you use?)

After you've pointed all this stuff out I've noticed the problem in the image: The ear and the crown are waaaaay off.

The reflection is also somewhat misplaced. The shadows are ok though (at least that's what I think.)

Thanks for all your feedback. I'll have some other images ready tomorrow. (like three more or so.)
