Most emotional scene of FiM

I think one of the happiest moments for me in the series was Mayor Maire's speech about how stories bring us together---just knowing that it wasn't her talking to the wedding attendees, but the writers talking to us, was just amazingly heartwarming.

Can't think of the saddest or most angering moments, though...the closest I can think of is where Twilight is in bed all day after having her school shut down; I've felt like curling up like that when the world strikes, and it's kind of good to see that there are other adults to feel that way, sometimes.

For all the problems season 9 had, it's nice to see someone point out some of the good points of the final season.

And while I do agree with the majority that the ending of the Perfect Pear is one of the more emotional scenes, that doesn't really speak to me as well as Flutter Brutter when that encouraging song "I can do it on my own" plays and turns and obnoxious character into a relatable character, which is much more surprising and impressive to pull off

The scene in the movie where Twilight finally flips at her friends...whoo boy. Everypony there was stressed out of their minds already and it was only natural they would hit their breaking point sooner or later. Pinkie Pie being the one to step up was really interesting to me, usually she takes that sort of thing on the cheek, but in that case she wasn't having Twilight's attitude for a second. I understand the ponies' feelings in that situation fully, but that doesn't mean the scene wasn't a gut punch.

Definitely this scene.

Or the moment when Twilight tries to prove how evil "Cadance" is and when she gets left alone by everypony.

But especially the moment when Spike sings and defends Thorax. I find it so beautiful and cute, it always makes me cry. Even Starlight's reaction in the background and how angry everypony looks at him. I find the whole scene incredibly powerful and emotional.
