Selling Fan Made Items

I Have a quick question for everyone here on the forum, Is it ok to Sell Fan Made posters, and Music because For my project I'd like to sell some posters and even the soundtrack. So is it ok?

Im pretty sure if it is your work then you can do what ever you want with it otherwise ask for permission from the original creator

I couldn't find anything on the issue. but it is basically like Mellow said. Just check with the original author.
