Yavolin smiled at her."To be honest this is my first time to and i thank you for being kind to me when i first meet you". Yavolin showed at smile on his face to show her that he was happy to be with her.

Quip moved up as well and smiled, "Once you know how its done its easy, occasionally i make my own fireworks, that can be fun, but also very dangerous, most of my experiments fail" he leaned over and looked at the length of the line, they were going to be there a while, "So uh... did you bring your special somepony here?"

Bumble didn't reply immediately, but eventually she said, "No, I don't have a special somepony, I'm here by myself." Quick to change the subject, she continued, "Making fireworks must be fun. Are you going to be setting off the fireworks tonight?"

"No im not known enough to be set for that, but i am doing fireworks for the rodeo tomorrow in ponyville at sweet apple acres, you should come, its going to be a blast and last till 9:00 PM" he wanted all the chances he could get to increase the rodeo's popularity, "If you want please tell all your friends, the more the merrier" he smiled and patently waited for the line to continue moving.

As the line preceded to inch along, she pretended to think about it. It was a no thinking required question for her. She loved rodeos, and the action it presented. "I'd love to come, and I'll be sure to tell my friends about it." So, are you waiting for anypony to come, or are you on your own as well?"

"Oh uh... no im-im alone too" he scuffed his hoof along the ground and sighed, "To be honest i don't have very many friends, they all told me they knew nothing about the party and i don't think we were allowed to bring along guests" he blushed and looked at the ground, "And im trying to get more people to go to the rodeo because... im kinda broke, i get about a 5% of the admission, and one ticket is 4 bits"

"How many ponies usually come to the rodeos?" She knew that if a lot of ponies came, Quip would probably make enough bits to barely survive. On the other hand...if few ponies came, Quip would be living by a thin thread of life.

"It depends on the type sometimes, but this is just an all around rodeo, so there might be around about 150 ponies, not only ponies from ponyville come, we get a few from canterlot, maybe one or two from fillydelphia and about the same amount from manehatten, the majority is from ponyville though"

"Is this a type of rodeo where few ponies come? Because you'll only be earning 30 bits, barely enough to buy food and nothing else." Bumble actually started wondering how the pony managed to stay alive and with money, though she didn't say it out loud, she knew it would be rude.

Esme looked deep into Yavolin's eyes. She leaned in close to him and felt herself about to kiss him. She jerked back, suprised with herself. Esme blushed and hung her head. "I love you." The words slipped out, and she didn't realize she said it until she heard it.

Yavolin whispered back."I love you to Esme". He hoped that it was to soon or to late to say those words but he didn't care the only thing that he did care about was Esme and how was the rest of the night was going to turn out.

"Oh no, actually i don't really know how many ponies come to these things, i just tried to make an estimate to seem smart i guess, but i don't know how that would make me smart" he moved up in the line as it progressed and looked at Bumble's dress, i wonder where she got that, its beautiful.

Bumble turned around and noticed that there was only one pony between her and the great Princess Celestia. Quickly turning back to Quip, she said, "Maybe we'll see each other later on. I'll look for you soon enough."

"Oh, alright, cya later then" he said, watching as the last pony finished meeting Celestia and Bumble walked up to her, Quip didn't feel like meeting Celestia anymore, he had his mind on other things, he walked back over to his bench and sat down.

Esme heard him say it too, and immediately felt less nervous. "Yavolin, you wanna go meet Princess Celestia?" she said, eying the line leading up to the sun goddess. "Or, ya know, if you don't want to, that's fine..."

Bumble knelt down on her hooves, bowing her head to Princess Celestia. A hoof was placed on her shoulder and she opened her eyes. She tried her very best to keep her composure as she arose to the hoof of Princess Celestia. The smile on Bumble's face was evident, and she had no intentions of removing it. "It is my honors meeting you, Princess, and I am honored to be here." She nodded her head and made her way further into the castle walls.

Quip was deep in thought, Well... she IS pretty, and she seems like a nice person, i don't know is she likes me though, what if i looked like a complete foal? Quip took a deep deep breath and looked over at Bumble again, But then again... she didn't show any signs of me looking like a foal, maybe a have a chance with her.

Sky heard her reply and chuckled a bit to himself when he realized what she said.

 

"I'm pretty sure I am talking to that special pony right now..."

 

He said nonchalantly with a sincere grin on his face.

Yavolin looked at Celestia he whispered to Esme."Me and her aren't on good terms right now". Yavolin shot a worried look at Esme hoping that she'll understand that it was him and not her because he liked Esme.

Rosey looked at Sky with her big round eyes, blushing as she smiled and giggled..

 

She placed her hooves around his neck and said "You're funny." as she gave Sky a small peck on his cheek.

He went towards the dance floor which was in the middle of a good club song...

Bumble wandered around aimlessly through the many rooms featuring things like dancing, gourmet and fancy games. She couldn't really find a place to join in, so she just looked at it all, grabbing a few bites here and there to satisfy her hunger. At one point a pony managed to convince her to join in on a game of croquet in the garden, but she left after one game. She hoped she would see Quip again soon, she didn't have anything to do right now...

"I thought she said she was going to come back, guess that means i have to find HER! OOH ITS LIKE HIDE' N' SEEK!" he bounced off in search of Bumble, he passed through multiple rooms, seeing the occasional Blue Maned or Yellow Colored he would try and find out if it was her, none of them were, until he got outside, he could clearly see Bumbles face and he bounced over, "Hey! i thought you were going to look for me, but my brain got the better of me and decided we were playing hide' n' seek, and i FOUND YA!" he nudged her shoulder with is hoof playfully and smiled.
