Blaze noticed the quickness Morning star had with taking care of Octavinyl obviously they had feelings for each other and it looked like Morning Star had everything under control so he calmed down and finally got to doing some Arching "Ok lets do this"

Lightning Flicker glared at Blaze Blue. Her arrows started striking the target harder and harder. She didn't care if she broke them because she had brought her own. She had plenty more at home and she knew how to make the shaft and she could always reuse the tips.

Blaze noticed Lightning Flicker's skill at Arching "Hey your pretty good there kid" Blaze complemented ignoring her weird glare, Blaze started Shooting his owns arrow each one failed to hit his intended target. "Grrrr stupid arrows!" Blaze thought internally

"Don't call me 'kid.' I have a name. It's Lightning Flicker. The pegasus you judged and underestimated and thereby got your flank kicked in a race with. I suggest you remember my name." It was obvious that Lightning Flicker had a terrible temper. And the glint in her eyes said she'd rather be shooting Blaze than her target.

Embers shot a few more, all of them got in the yellow "well, not a bad day, ill see you all back at camp, ill make my self some food and sleep, so see you all later" He yawned and teleported into his tent for some sleep

"Not a bad idea, the suns gone, and I'm really tired." She set down her bow, satisfied with her shots, and lifted off into the air, flying to the tents. Arriving, she slowly crept in, finding Embers already asleep. She slowly lowered herself onto her sleeping back, covered herself with a small blanket she had brought along in her bag, and closed her eyes.

Once again Blaze got a little irritated by the little Pegasus comments towards him he was only trying to be nice complementing her on her shooting and the only thing she had been giving him in return were hateful comments." Fine then how about a little re-match" Blaze said angrily at Lightning Flicker. He was pretty close to bringing out his bow and pointing it at her but Blaze knew he had to restrain himself here. "And this time im not holding back" Blaze then gave Lightning Flicker a devilish grin. "Same place first thing tommorow BE THERE OR BE SQUARE!" Blaze shouted at the other pegasus.Blaze took off furiously back to his own tent. He wanted to be the one to personally put Lightning in her place.

[Lightning Flicker 101]

"Alright. As long as you're not scared!" She called after him. She was going to kick his flank again! She put her bow back in it's case. She flew back to her tent and curled up on her bed. She'd need her sleep.

Octavinyl woke up in the tent seeing Morning Star at her side. "Hey what happened?" She asked as she looked at the bandage placed onto her knee. She touched it, "Ouch!" she yelled out as she recovered from the pain a few seconds later.

"Careful with that, you bruised it pretty bad." he said. "Morningstar did a good job of fixing you up." he added.

 

"I'll be on my way then." he then said, walking out of tent giving Morningstar a pat on the back.

Morning star replied."You became unconscious at the sight of your own blood, so i bot a bandage on it and helped you, i put you here so you could recover, but theres something i got to tell you". Morning star tried to keep his like for her to a low but now he actuary fallen for her.

"Alright then." She replied to White Lightning as he went out of the tent. "I fell unconscious? O-Oh my..." She said to Morning Star, she blushed in embarassment knowing that she passed out at the sight of her own blood. She then listened to what Morning Star had to say, "Well, what is it?"

Blaze went back inside his tent he was so furious he forgot he brought the bow & arrows from the arching grounds. "Whoops!" Blaze said he decided to go back outside to return them to there proper place before going back to bed.

Morning star got close to her."I sorta of, like you". He said it in a low voice so low that only Octavinyl could hear him but no pony else he hoped that she liked him if not he'll have to cut his camp trip short.

Octavinyl heard him and blushed even harder, she looked at him and replied in a soft tone, "Well I kinda like you too, but I'm still older than you!" she said to him as she winked at him. "Well it's getting late so we might as well get some rest."

Morning star wasn't sure to be happy or sad it was one of the two. but he went off to bed to.He thought about what he said to her but he knew it would take time for her to fully like him back, but he just didn't know when.

BlazeBlue got back into his tent he'd need all the sleep he could get for tommorow's race. He looked around noticing his Roommate Viridian was gone.

Blaze considered going out go look for him since the sun was down but then he realized its not like this cam p is haunted or anything, so Blaze went to sleep.

Walking to his tent, he overheard Morningstar talk to her. He knew it's supposed to be private, but he couldn't help listening to it.

 

Lucky bastard....eh, have fun anyway. he thought, while stepping in his tent.

 

Looking to the left he saw Lightning Flicker already asleep. She looked even better sleeping peacefully in her bed. He admitted to himself, he had a crush on her. He swore to himself, one day

dreaming off like this would cost him his life someday..

 

"Sleep tight, beautiful."he whispered to himself, before falling asleep himself.

"Well goodnight Morning Star." Octavinyl said to him as she pulled a blanket over herself and started to sleep. "I like you too buddy, we'll be the greatest of friends!" Octavinyl thought to herself as she giggled quietly.

Morning star answered back trying to be funny."Goodnight Octavinyl and see you in the morning". Morning star went to sleep thinking about Octavinyl he didn't want to be friendzoned he like her more than a friend.

Octavinyl woke up and got out of the tent. She sat down on the ground and just stared at the moon thinking about everypony here. "These ponies are really nice to me." She thought to herself as she got up. She decided to wash the dishes late at night to save the trouble of White Lightning and Bumble Berry having to do them.

Morning star got up but he notice that Octavinyl wasn't in bed so he got up with her to make sure she was alright from yesterdays advents but he just couldn't say he liked her more than a friend but he had to say it soon before she friendzones him.

White lightning got up slowly, not being able to sleep properly. He kept thinking about Flicker and why everypony acted so kind. Walking out into the fresh night sky, he saw Octavinyl doing the dishes. H

 

Walking over, he asked: "What are you doing here, washing dishes in the middle of the night?"

Morning star saw White lightning talking to Octavinyl so he though he'll cruse White lightning for trying to get him friendzoned faster. Morning star quietly uttered a cruse under his breath and hoped it will take affect.

Thinking he heard something, he turned around and saw Morningstar, seemingly in a bad mood.

 

"Hey Morningstar. Having trouble sleeping as well?" he asked, trying to lighten the mood a bit.
