1Fluttershy 411 October 5, 2011 Share October 5, 2011 Ferbruary 21, 2011...the day I became a brony. The first episode I saw was "The Ticket Master" because I heard that the first two episodes weren't exactly the best episodes to start out with. I've been hooked ever since. Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight Sparkle are my favorite ponies (if any of you get to know me more, you'll realize that it's very rare for me to have only one favorite for just about anything, really.) I have a question for everypony, am I the only one who didn't watch this show thinking it was just gonna be some dumb cartoon for little girls? I never saw any of the other MLP series (based on what i've heard, i'm guessing that's a good thing), so I really wasn't expecting to dislike it when I first watched it. I watched the show out of sheer curiosity after seeing all the threads about it on /co/. Thankfully I didn't know the other generations had cartoon adaptations, even if I had, I don't negatively prejudge things, so I actually had some high expectations before watching given all the love swarming around it. I remember seeing people with pony avatars and thinking that it was "silly"... At another forum, a user posted a link to ep 1 on the chat box, I clicked and watched... and I couldn't stop watching.
