Lapis shrugged. At this point, anything was better than being outside with a strange figure running about. "My name is Lapis Lazuli. I was actually with a group, but, uh, we got separated." Lapis hoped that didn't sound as weird to this pony as it did to him. But, Lapis assumed he hadn't seen the monster, only felt it's presence.

Yavolin got her inside the hut he relocked the door and recovered the windows."Nice to meet you, i wish i could tell you my name but i can't i remember anything, here's the plan we'll wait it out till morning so that we can escape the forest , what happens from there is up to you". Yavolin turned off the flash light.

"Well, that's better than wandering around in the woods." Lapis said, yawning. The panicked flee had drained a bit of his energy, and resting for a while sounded nice. "I suggest we take turns watching out for other's, though. If you don't mind, I'd like you to take the first shift." Lapis found a pile of straw and went to lay on it. Turning an eye to the other stallion, he waited for an answer.

Yavolin nodded his head and watched the door. He locked the door pretty tight and the windows were covered so what ever was outside couldn't look in on them or at less he hoped so, but he was sure that the thing was still out there.

Starbolt turned to the group. "So, what do we do now?" She asked them hoping they had a plan. She looked around the forest, she still felt uneasy but the feeling of being watched subsided. 'I wonder what's was the thing we ran away from.' She thought.

Krystal thought about what Starbolt said "I... uhhh..." Krystal didn't know. This was very out of place for her. Usually she was quick on her hooves and able to think her way out of a plan quickly but for right now... she had no bucking idea what to do.

 

The group came up to a large clearing that was littered with huge propane tanks the size of a minivan. There were at least three dozen of them and they were arrange in a illogical web that hindered view to the other side. On the closest tank was another piece of paper. Sky stood beside Krystal again and a look of shear horror consumed his face. "We can't run..." Sky read the sheet aloud. Sky then.began to look around to see if there pursuer was near by, but it was to dark for him to see.

Yavolin was watching the door when he saw a shadow near the window he began to wake up the pony who was sleeping but he did so quickly and quietly.He whispered to the pony sleeping."Hy, you need to get up something is outside the hut , we need to hide now". Yavolin hoped he wouldn't ask why.

"Hmm? What's that?" Lapis said, waking up with a start. The message registered immediately. Without hesitation, Lapis complied. He slowly got up off the straw pile. "Okay, where do we hide? Won't whatever is out there just get us?" Lapis was beginning to worry. It was probably the mysterious figure, who must have decided that he was the weaker prey and went after him.

Yavolin looked around and he saw a closet which was big enough for them both. He pointed at the closet, He whispered."In here come on and move quietly". He hoped that what ever it was wouldn't hear them talk.

Krystal crumpled the paper into a ball, threw it on the ground and stomped on it "They or it is just trying to scare us". Krystal turned around only to discover the Slendermane himself right there. Any confidence Krystal just had immediately drained out of her "And they're doing a pretty good job" she was shivering and her teeth were chattering slightly.

Sky turned around to see Krystal staring directly at the tall figure. "Krystal, Dont stare at it" Sky shouted as he ran over to Krystal put her on his back and began to run deeper into the forest.

Lapis quickly darted to the closet, hoping he didn't make too much noise. Inside, he shivered with fear. This was unlike him to feel such terror. It had to be this forest, or the mysterious figure. The emotions he was feeling were driving him insane. He'd read that ponies could go crazy from sheer fright. Although it was only fiction, something about this place reminded him vaguely of H.P. Hoofcraft's stories.

Yavolin got him inside then he fallowed he locked the closet door. from the inside. He hoped that it wasn't looking for them or at less it could be on it's way that way they can sleep in peace so that they could be will rested for tomorrow.
