Makes no difference to me. If I sleep 1hour I'm sleepy as hell when I wake up, I sleep 9-10 hours I'm sleepy as hell when I wake up

I just like being comfortable in my blankets, the only times I don't wake up sleepy is when I don't need to wake up early

Well I have narcolepsy that also gives me hypersomnia the opposite of insomnia making me tired all day every day

 

I also fall asleep randomly and don't know if or when it will happen
