I want to drink a coffee so even at night I can program a bit; I lose all energy at night  At what time should I take it if I stay awake let's say up to 2AM?

Hmm... Well... If I recall correctly, caffeine takes roughly four hours to clear your system. So probably about 21:30.  But don't have anymore after 22:00.
