This day Aria similarity to other Disney songs.

I've seen many people talking about this.

 

Everyone is saying that this song would be something that would come from Disney studios.

But they don't say why. They just say that it looks like. No reasons spoken at all. It just reminds of Disney.

Well in my opinion... I think This Day Aria is a epic song. I don't mean epic by beeing awesome. I mean epic of the kind of instruments used and the way they are used and the way it sounds like. And that epicness is very recognizable in other Disney songs. Also, the drama and many more things which I can't remember now because I am a little tired from the day I had today... Ugh~ Well I want to know if you guys thnik the same way I do. Tell me your opinions and if I am right or wrong. I really don't care if I am wrong. So, post your opinions! ;D

When I heard that song, and saw the scenes accompanying it, it instantly made me think of The Little Mermaid.

Honestly? I've seen a ton of people make comparison's to The Little Mermaid's 'Vanessa's Song.' And I see the similarities. The villainess (Ursula/Chrysalis) disguises herself, is about to marry a man that they don't love for their nefarious purposes.

 

But I also feel it has a really Disney-esque feel to it. It can't just be that comparison I mentioned. But seriously... You've never seen something, and made a comparison for no reason? Or having been reminded of it for no reason you can think of? I have. This song is amazing, it's got such great music, such strong emotion, that it SOUNDS to me like generalized lyrics to a Disney song. Huh, guess I've got a reason, at least.

I can see why people would think that this is really similar to Disney. Because it kind of is. I mean, an imposter, love, wedding, love, princesses, did I mention love?

I dont see it because i dont really see disney music as any different from other music, I mean not all are about love. One of my favorite songs is from disney. Its Hellfire from the Hunchback of Norte Dame, and the whole score from Wall-E was like amazing on a musical level. I guess i wouldn't put those two together i would say

I've never thought that about "This day Aria" but "Find a Pet" reminds me of Disney or even a song from one of those old Barbie movies. (My sisters made me watch them when I was younger, shut up).

Although now that I think about it, "This day Aria" does kind of remind me of Disney. I can't really think of any reasons why, it just does.

Not only This Day Aria, but almost every song reminds me of Disney's. I'm not sure if they are similar to them in any way, but they somehow have the same feeling to it. Smile Smile Smile and Becoming Popular are perfect examples I have. It's a very nostalgic feeling, and it's always very nice to compare two wonderful things like MLP and Dinsey.

 

That's probably just me though... :|

It was as brilliant as ane Disney songs. The plot to the story was also quite similar to Disney movies.

 

It's just not like other MLP songs. This song is trying GREATLY to make you feel the intended emotion.
