Thinking up a Fan Fiction Idea

I've been thinking of a fan fiction idea, based off of the little adventures that my nieces and I make up. I'm thinking that it should be set during the time of the three pony clans (ie: that play performed during Winter Wrap Up) and it should feature the onset of Discord's rule and the signs thereof.

 

I'm still a little fuzzy on the details, but I think it should also include sort of a medieval feel -- wars between city-states (clans of ponies), old English speech, etc.

 

Does this sound like a good idea to you guys?

There is a lot to work with there. Sounds like a great idea, but the idea only works if the fic is well-written.

 

I'd be interested in you making that into a fic. Let me know if you do.
