SITUATION: You are facing the corrupted versions of the Mane 6 and Princesses

2) get Shining and Cadence

 

3) have CMC make their Hearts and Hooves picnic thingy

 

4) watch as the love between Shining and Cadence blossoms due to the CMC's epic romantic power

 

5) SHINING ARMOR LOVE SPELL DEUS EX MACHINA

 

6) watch everything gets fixed through THE POWER OF LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE

1) Since Shining Armor and Cadence are unaffected, I'm sure they'd join me without much hesitation. They'll be important allies.

2) Send them to (undercover) convince the Royal Guard to join us, while I go turn Twi back through the power of oratory.

3) Have SA organize the guards into an attack of sorts on Canterlot to try to evacuate all civilians to get just the Princesses in the crossfire. While they plan, I'd help Twi go around and fix the rest of the Mane 6 like in Return of Harmony.

4) With the Mane 6 back and the guard organized, attack during the night at some point, going directly to the castle. Hopefully, we'll catch 'em off guard and get as many civilians out as we can. If not, improvise.

5) SA, Cadence and I try to hold of the princesses as best we can until the Elements of Harmony do their thing. Cue

6) With everypony back to normal, take the fight to Discord himself. With the Princesses to help distract him, shouldn't be that hard to get him back under wraps. Cue

7) Go back home and be a family man.

Well in the realistic scenario fail miserably. For one I don't know how to cast magic at all and even if granted that knowledge Id be very inexperienced. Considering who I am facing its highly likely Id fail regardless. Im facing the ponies who's connection represents and manifests the ultimate magic of friendship, Two ascended beings by who's powers alone control the sun, moon, and stars, and a being who can alter reality at will. Yeah I'm pretty screwed. So lets see. 

Perhaps if I'm meta like pinkie I can rip other fictional characters in with me. So maybe the Justice League can help out....if not I'm kinda done for.
