I really like the music you made. It's so sad...and the pictures make it even more sad! D: But the song is very beautiful, in my opinion. I liked reading the fanfic, though in the fanfic I was kinda sad too at the thought that Dashie couldn't remember her own friends. But, all in all, the music is beautiful. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You worked very hard on it, and it's a shame you didn't get much views yet! But I'm sure you will soon.

 

I think it's great, and I hope to see Silvernot make more songs on the future!

Well, I just recently checked, try doing this:

1. Go to youtbe-mp3.org

2. Pu the URL of a video of mine in the search bar

3. Press Enter

4. Something should show up saying if you want to download the AUDIO from the video

5. Now your done!

well first i'm gona apologies for my first post because it ended up just being my opinion of MLD however its hard not to if you song is suppose to be a tribute so i'll probably copy paste what i said earlier.

with just listening to the song with no reference to MLD in the slightest, its good... very good kinda feels like it could be cut down into separate pieces feel like something from a halo soundtrack

 

while watching the video as well, it feels like a attempted to make the story sadder then it is MLD has flaws like how god awfully depressing the writer makes the world and how unstable the brony can be at times (which is bad because bronys will desperately try to relate to the character to feel apart of the story) and how the middle is the only redeemable point of the story and how the appearance of the mane six feels unnecessary and like a rushed plot device which weakens the impact of the end.

I really enjoyed listening to that. I especially liked that powerful ending. it's too bad youtube cut off the ending and ruined the mood though.

 

And on the subject of My Little Dashie since some people are discussing the story here, I'd like to say some things about it as well. I know MLD has flaws, and I noticed some of them. Heck, I couldn't finish reading it the first time I tried but decided to give it another chance and I must say the second time reading it really did touch me. I remember seeing a documentary of To Kill a Mockingbird (I think that was the book) and it was mentioned that classics aren't classics because they're flawless but because they succeed in reaching the reader. Now I'm not putting MLD on the level of classic literature, I'm just trying to make the point that something doesn't need to be perfect to be effective. The themes of surrogate fatherhood and finding something that makes you happy in a dark world touched my heart. Though I do completely understand the people that didn't like MLD and I do agree it could have been much more effective if its issues were addressed.

I adore how the song is first piano music, then it starts to sound like TSFH (Two Steps From Hell, if you don't know them, you have to listen to them). I subscribed to your youtube channel, I'm "TheChineseLionTamer".

 

I've been trying to write my own piano songs, and I can't make it near as beautiful as you do... I just love this.

Not a bad piece of music you have there. It seems to capture the feel of the fanfic it's based on.

Also, you should be able to make youtube videos longer than 15 minutes if you verify your account (I think you need to use your phone number to do that somehow). As long as you haven't gotten any copyright infringement cases on your account you should be able to upload videos as long as you want them to be.
