I think you misunderstood me man... I'm not very good as an artist. I just know how to use photoshop decently well - that's why I wanted to make the avatar. As far as my artistic ability goes, it's close to nothing, so I apologize for the confusion...

 

I don't understand, I thought you wanted the sketch, to "trace" the outlines and then color it, isn't that what you wanted to do in the first place?

 

I'm le confused now :S

If I were good enough I would. I wanted to use YOUR sketches and try to make an avatar out of it in Photoshop... I can't do art at all.

You forgot something: Copyrights. You can't just "steal" it. You must say what are the purposes or whom is that avatar to be used by.

Also, Motion Spark, you must type: "All rights reserved" somewhere. I don't just trust anyone who can download the image. I learned that with my manager.

You forgot something: Copyrights. You can't just "steal" it. Although I know you wont, because you said it, but don't do it without my permission(If you ever do it) unless the avatar is directed for me.

 

Obviously. The avatar would be intended purposely for you, and even then I would never claim ownership of the sketch/avatar itself.

actually this is such a delicate matter, and actually I did a thread debating wheter I should put my signature to my drawings or not, I got mixed responses, and as you can see, I never sign my drawings, but you're right, people can just steal my work super easy :S

I absolutely love these drawings. You portrayed him incredibly accurately.

All right, since Devious Detonation is headbanging on his pic, he wanted his ponysona to do the same with the cello, so here he is. I'm not sure about the action lines though, so I did 2 versions of the same.

 

I think the version without the action lines looks the best. It's much cleaner.

The action lines kinda detract from the overall image, especially since his hair is already flowing with motion.
