Rosebud Lies

 

Look,watch the petals

As they fall around,landing across the ground

And the rosebud of your lips

Twisted bloom hiding,

the tongue of thorns within.

 

Dancing petals,

Piercing thorns,

Rosebud of lies.

 

Look,watch the petals

Red is the rosebud of your lips

The twisted bloom opens,

Revealing the thorns within.
