taking an object exactly from the front is difficult escpecially considering we rarely see anything exactly in front of us. usually its at some slight angle. if you look in my derpy in deep ponderment thread i have an example of fluttershy and my OC at these slight angles. if that'll help take a look.

if you're set on drawing them dead on front view then it is important to realize that you'll be missing alot of information. if its a pony it may even look like its standing on only two legs. In order to accurately draw this dead on view it is best to take the object apart into simply shapes (circles, squares, ect) and then draw them overlapping eachother, once you've done this erase anything that wouldn't show up and refine you're drawing.

Check out my Art threads everypony

http://mlpforums.com...tor-art-thread/ and http://mlpforums.com/topic/35635-01s-traditional-art/#entry847552 I love getting critiques and such. Check back at my threads often for art will continually be updated on the first post of all my threads. ummm other than that... hmmm. MUFFINS FOR ALL!

I really can't help you on how to draw a Pony from the front as for the facial structures go, but I do know that in afew of the last episodes (I believe season 1) there's afew Ponies with that exact same head shape that you can see from a front view. It'd just take some sketches and simple layouts until you find a suitable look. I personally think that the nostril will be rounded abit, but with a sharper chin angling off, with the nose having a slightly sharp turn as well. There are other ways you could draw that type of head though, whatever you like the most :)
