So, if you'd like me to draw something for you, give me an example

(and link to) a song that, in your opinion, perfectly captures a certain aspect of mlp.

Some of my examples:

Rising Force (Hammerfall Cover): The Mane Six in the first two episodes

The rulez:

- Nothing sung by a Disney teen star

- It does need to have lyrics, otherwis it's a piece of music, not a song

 

The ones I like get requests.

 

PS: Anyone suggesting "Crawling in my Skin" or anything sung by a teenager gets disqualified

You ninja'd my idea for Rainbow Dash you sneaky filly. Bah I have more songs. Don't know if this works with her personality but it has rainbows in it. This is for Rainbow Dash. She makes every pony feel amazing! I can see her creating a rainbow over Ponyville to cheer every pony else up to this song.

Now then, as for how this pertains to Friendship is Magic, it reminds me of Twilight and Celestia (mainly Twilight and her dream of entering the Academy for Gifted Unicorns), and I'll explain why. This is part of the mental finnagling. The master and student in the song are both male, just picture it not being so.

 

Now then:

 

Master! (Celestia)

Apprentice! (Twilight)

Heartborne, 7th Seeker (I'm sure there's something here, but I can't think of it atm, though Heartborne would be Twilight)

Warrior! (Celestia is always giving Twilight important duties and she's willing to fight)

Disciple! (Twilight is Celestia's protégé)

In me the Wishmaster (Twilight always wanted to join the school for gifted unicorns, which we know she did, but she has also has had a significant impact in the wishes of others. Two largely notable examples are being paramount in defeating Nightmare Moon and reuniting Celestia with her long lost sister Luna, and if not for her spell giving Rarity her wings, Rarity would not of tried to win the competition and plummet to her doom, giving Dash the push she needed to perform the sonic rainboom, removing her self-doubts and restoring her confidence).

Starbreeze (Silvara and Starbreeze were a silver dragon and elven princess respectively in the Dragonlance series. Hmm, a dragon and a princess, now why does that sound so familiar?)

 

Sla-Mori the one known only by Him (Sla-Mori is a location in Dragonlance, and a similar thing with FiM would be the Ancient Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters, as its location was unknown beyond being in the Everfree Forest, and only Celestia would know it's whereabouts (and perhaps Nightmare Moon/Luna, but they were an antagonist at this point, and of course would not be of any help even if they could ask her, though also this line could probably be discarded as in this context it doesn't really fit all too well with the rest)

Now for a second one (relax, this one won't be long).

 

 

This song reminds me of Pinkie Pie, and I will explain why. The entire song is just a bunch of "Lalalala" and four lines repeated, so no spoiling the lyrics this time.

 

I will never be afraid again (Giggle at the ghosties)

I will keep on fighting till the end (Fighting as in fighting boredom, monotony, and sadness, with fun, parties, and laughter, and she won't ever stop doing it)

I can walk on water I can fly (She's flown a good number of times, and she was the only official lake scorer for a good while, in essence "walking on water")

I will keep on fighting till I die (same as the second line)

To me MLP has always hit a special place in my heart. It's always reminded me that no matter how bad I feel, no matter what i'm going through, I have amazing friends who can pick me back up and put a smile on my face. I feel like this song really says that about friends, and it's adequately used as the opening song for the popular T.V show "F.R.I.E.N.D.S"!

 

 

The next song I really feel is the song Fluttershy would sing to Rainbow Dash if she could.
