I breathe, only to be found breathless.

I understand, only to watch in confusement.

Answers of the likely and often complicated.

 

Nothing less, and nothing more.

 

Detestment unto that which is unknown.

Such discrepencies do not belong in this world.

 

All that is wanted, and all that can not be had.

 

I see the light in the darkness, only to become a shadow.

I feel warmth only to be left naked in the cold.

All in the end of a beginning.

 

You read this, only to question why.
