Lady Rarity Pony 4,892 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I love legos. I haven't really had any in years but I always wanted to go to some big Toys R Us they have in Manhattan and just buy a bunch of blocks. I used to have some cool lego creations but those are long gone now. LRP's opinions are subject to change without notice. Fees and penalties still apply. Klopp 2,050 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I'm not much of a lego builder anymore, but they certainly are a great way to pass the time! At some point building with legos just got to be a bit boring. My brother and dad still build with them though, and have tons of legos sitting around the house
Knight Shadrahk 159 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I used to LOVE Lego, then just the Bionicle sets, now I'm not that into it. Did you ever think I get lonely? Did you ever think that I needed love? Did you ever think, stop thinking You're the only one that I'm thinking of?
OLDNOOBSNOODLE 17 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I have 3 big boxes of Lego somewhere... Filled with Star Wars-Lego and Lego Racers... I loved Lego when I was 5-9 and now... Well it can be fun to build with Lego but not as fun as it was back then D: And then a pony showed up!
Radiance64 7,053 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I used to LOVE Lego, then just the Bionicle sets, now I'm not that into it. This was pretty much my progression, too.
Ron Jeremy 2,032 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 Ordinary Lego > Bionicle > interest dead is about how it went with me, too. Kinda funny, I've walked down the aisle they're on, and while they have these elaborate detailed pieces, the sets themselves don't really look as cool as they used to. Either quality went down or I'm too old to judge the awesomeness of Lego sets.
Pinkazoid 3,493 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 Legos are awesome, when I took care of kindergartners all I did was build stuff with the Legos :
cuteycindyhoney 13,308 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 Lego came out with new sets aimed at girls. People are calling them sexist. I call them cute! One thing though, there are builders that love the new pastel colors in the "Girl" sets! http://www.flickr.com/photos/nannanz/6621053469/sizes/l/in/photostream/ Here's a link to the article. http://games.yahoo.com/blogs/plugged-in/sexist-lego-range-targets-girls-184205804.html Thank you Sparklefan1234!!! Arylett Charnoa 4,919 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 I used to love legos! Although all I had was a tiny bag of them which I'd build and then dismantle again and again because we're poor like that. The only reason I stopped playing with them is because I lost the bag. Now I am reminded of its existance though... I might buy another bag and start messing about with it. ...Had no idea there were girl sets. I think it's kind of a silly idea, but that first picture DOES look kinda cool. Aether Velvet is the name of the OC in my avatar. Drawn by me. Private Pansy 32 January 13, 2012 Share January 13, 2012 (edited) I was a notable fan of Bionicle Chronicles, the first 'season' of Bionicle (2001 - 2003). Possessed well-nigh every figure (was lacking in Rahi o_O), the books, a couple of the video games, possibly the comics (the only legitimate comics I've may of ever read), the first movie, miscellaneous discs (example: music, mini-CDs on the Barraki, something on the Bohrok), miscellaneous books, miscellaneous pamphlets, stickers, a Makuta Halloween costume, miscellaneous anything. Additionally, I was a frequent on the website and the Mata Nui Online Game, learnt the Matoran Language, and harnessed a solid and vast knowledge of it. That's to address a majority of it, I assume. This merely applied to the first season, though. The second one (or subsequent ones) didn't interest me, which I was surprised at. For Non-Bionicle - Lego Island, Lego Racers, Lego Rock Raiders, A few long-lost games on their website, and random legos at a relative's house (not to any significant extent) Edited January 13, 2012 by Private Pansy Where is the Twilight, where's the Sparkle Where's dear Fluttershy knocking on the door Where's the Rainbow Dash that takes me there Where the real is shattered by a Pinkie Pie
