Colt opened his ears and heart to the heartwarming words from the blue pegasus, her father spoke through them and he knew the feeling of that, over that the one part touch him deeply. 

 

Trust in your heart and listen to the advise it wants to share with you.

 

“Celes…Iron I “ this time he was not teasing the name just spill out because on that moment she looked like a whole open sky of possibilities, still he stoped and let her finish.

 

Even if you are a dragon, it doesn´t mean you have to be like others. Every creature decides for him or herself if she wants to do something or not.

 

He listen to this words and smiled a little, it was a bitter smile, for him being like any other dragon could be a blessing, being him was the curse not just being a dragon but still his soul got tempered by her words obtained by heritage “She is right, my heart is now beating for her, not for my past or its consequences I’m right now in this moment here for her” his mind ease again and went back to his companion words. 

 

 

The feather embrace from Iron’s wing warmth melted for that moment all of the cold concerns that Colt carried inside his heart, closing his eyes and smiling his thoughts just could follow one thing “follow your heart” it repeated once and again on his mind until it came out from his voice.

 

“I’ll follow my heart” his words were followed by a smile and a deep gaze inside the mare’s violet eyes.  “And my heart is telling me to go your way, and be at your side.” He pasused it was hard but the ache on his core by saving this words was even worst “ Celes I…” he sighed and paused for a second “ I don’t know if you ever picture yourself with someone like me, but even if I can’t have a place in your heart as the one you have in mine please allow me to be the one to guard your life” his eyes glowed like casting magic and his voice was as straight and honest as it could be “My kind is driven by something more powerful than ourselves, but most dragon forgot they could choose what it is"   “I have chosen you Celes. You are my treasure, and your side is my lair”

 

He said placing his paw genty around her face and his heart on her hooves with high hopes of her keeping it safe.

"Well, had... I did something stupid that I shouldn't have done and she broke up with me...  One of the major influences in me moving here...  I was pretty hurt about it, but I'm fine now.  What about you?  Do you have a special somepony somewhere?"  He spotted a nice place to eat and pointed in the direction.  "I don't know what I want but what about over there?"  Maybe they have some apple pie?  I tried some of that the day we attacked Canterlot during the wedding and it tasted pretty good.  I gotta make sure not to eat too much or i'll get sick though...  

"Aw I'm sorry, no I haven't had a special somepony yet, I've been to busy and under some pretty strict commanders. I'd like one though..." she looked in the direction he was pointing in."That looks pretty good, lets go!" She Trotted over to the building with Spirit."

"awww wheres the fun in having a regular shower, sweetie"

Hunter let out a giggle

"actually, would you mind rubbing shampoo on my back?"

she turned around and moved her wet mane aside over her shoulder and smiled at Rain to let him know she was ready and waiting

"I guess there is none.." Rain grabbed the bottle shampoo and squirted some onto his hoof. He lathered it up and started to rub Hunters back with it. "How's that? Does it feel good?"

"Aw I'm sorry, no I haven't had a special somepony yet, I've been to busy and under some pretty strict commanders. I'd like one though..." she looked in the direction he was pointing in."That looks pretty good, lets go!" She Trotted over to the building with Spirit."

Dusk trotted over to the place. He noticed the dragon from before out of the corner of his eye, but didn't really worry about it too much. Iron Wing listened careful to the heartwarming words of the dragon as he shared his thoughts with her, and his feelings. It seemed hard for him to tell everything so Iron was patient and observed him carefully.

Iron was both, fascinated and overwhelmed with the words of the dragon. She was... his treasure? Her heartbeat speeded up and she got the feeling that it was very warm here in the cafe. She wasn´t able to look away from his glowing golden eyes as he spoke, revealing his feeling to her. She closed her eyes for a moment, receiving a clear mind, but still her heart was full of emotions. She spreaded both of her wings, standing before Colt and looking at him directly. Then she said what she had to say.

 

"I am moved by your noble words Colt... but..." she paused for a moment "... but... just guarding my life... if i welcome you to be a part of it?" she smiled happy. "I know exactly what my heart desires, and i would be happy if you would take a place on my side and a place within my heart aswell." she said while the words kept beeing hard to say. She moved some steps forward, kissing him softly, and then leaned her head on his chest. She felt his warmth and his heartbeat. "Thats..." she started slowly. "Your side is a place i want to be..." she whispered and enjoyed the closeness of Colt, observing him for his reaction. She hoped that he did not reject her.

She looked to the entrance and got sight of Draco. "Hey there! Just come! A delivery for me from my parents? The day gets better and better every minute!" she said while not listening to the naughty-thing. She sniffed the aroma of baked cookies and she smiled as she got sight of the package.

"Nice folks though," Draco said as he looked at her. "But then again so are you Blazing. Anyhow want to go for lunch I'm hungry," Draco said as soon as his stomach growled. He rolled his eyes as he heard it. "So how do you know Iron?" Draco asked with a curious tone.

His mind was blank while listening to Iron’s answer, it was the second time in all his life he felt absolutely vulnerable, she had him right on her hooves to lift him up or drop him down still in a way all felt right, she was Iron Wing it didn’t matter the outcome Colt trust her with his life he knew whatever her feelings were they would be well intended.

 

Of course all that shaken when the those “but” came out of her muzzle however his soul exalted as she continued as she accepted the dragon feelings and replied to them with heart content.

 

The sight of the mare was majestic with both her wings extended, as she came closer his mind snapped the feeling of her tender lips over his was like a bolt of pure energy sprouting an incommensurable amount of emotions inside his dragon heart, mind, soul, and body.  She placed her head over his chest for sure she could listen his heart beat trying to take break out of his body and there for that moment all things in the land of Equestria just matched.

 

Colt raised his claws and as gently as he could taking on the pegasus in a tight and warm hug, his coat also lift over her covering Iron with a shadow like embrace that just felt the right thing to do. Just as that his obtained skills made an appearance, in a way losing control, just as that night in the tower when he touched her his magic concentrated over the scales at Colt’s chest sending waves of magic to the blue mare’s body sharing the warmth and joy his heart could not contain any more.

 

“This is love?” he ask himself on his thoughts, the answer was not necessary; she was the most important being in the world. Finally getting control of him and realizing she was waiting from a break on this silence his lips move.

 

“Then let’s stay together until your heart desires”  but still there was something he needed to ask, something he never thought he had the chance to, not even on his dreams.

 

“Celes…would you be my own very special somepony?”

Rain gave her a kiss back. "Okay." He waved a good bye back to her and took to the sky. He went to a extra cloud that he had put really high above the other clouds and reached into it. He felt around and found what he came for, he pulled his hoof out of the could and brought it down to Twilight's house. He knocked on the door and Twilight came out. "Yes what can I do for you? And why do you have a cloud?" Rain opened the cloud up to reveal a large ring diamond shaped piece of ice. "Could you enchant this piece of ice so it doesn't melt when it is place on a wedding ring?" Twilight examined the ice. "Sure but why a piece of ice? Why not a real diamond?" Rain chuckled. "This is no ordinary piece of ice, its a... well I'm not sure what the exact name is but they are rare and only grow in specific clouds. I've been saving this till I meet the right mare and now I have and I plan on asking her to marry me." Twilight made a face of understanding and used her magic to make the ice unable to melt even in the strongest heat."There you go, and good luck." Rain nodded and made his way to his next destination. (OCC: Sorry for such a long post everypony!)

I think... That I might even go as far to say I love you too..."  Now the nervousness broke through.  He felt better than he had in weeks.  He didn't want to mess this up now.  I feel more for her now than I ever have felt for any other mare.  And I just met her today...  But everything about her... It feels as if we were supposed to meet this way...

When spirit kissed her it felt like electricity was coursing through her body. His lips left hers and she frowned. She leaned back in to kiss him again, her eyes closed as her lips lightly connected with his. She held the kiss as long as she could before breaking away for a breath and smiled.

"I love you."  I hope it's alright to say that now.  He looked into her eyes and smiled.  That was the best kiss I ever had... Better than any of the mares I ever have been with... Even the ones I only was with for survival...  The energy he felt and fed from her made him feel like he could do anything.  He anxiously awaited her response.
