Yusuke shifted to his left to catch 47's ankle between his armpit and bicep. experiencing some pain from allowing the kick to land. He grabbed his ankle in his right hand and lifted it above his shoulders. He curled up his left fist. "And now that I've got a leg up on you..." He made a quick upper cut o the assassins ribs.

47 got the wind knocked out of him as the blow landed on his chest. He staggered backwards onto the ground, clutching his torso. He was pretty sure that he heard a crack. In a bout of uncharacteristic behavior, 47 was getting desperate. He looked over to his pistols and decided to get creative. He grabbed one of them by the barrel and swung it at Yusuke's head.

Yusuke leaned forward and smiled, letting the metal gun smack him in the head with a metallic clank. He was still smiling before he burst out in a laugh. "Damn, that almost hurt!" He said between laughs. "Hollow head and a thick skull, that's me! Ha ha!" He abruptly stopped his laugh. "But to be serious, play time is over. You've had your chance and I'm getting real tired of holding back for you." He readied both fists and launched a full offensive of repetitive blows to 47's chest and head.

47 was knocked flat on his back as the last blow struck him. He felt multiple broken bones and he had a killer (see what I did there?) headache. He tried to get up, but a sharp pain in his chest objected. He lie down, the Silverballer still in his hand. In one final, devil-may-care move, 47 tilted his head forward, flipped the gun in his hand so he gripped it by the handle, and emptied it at Yusuke, knowing full well that if this didn't work, he would most certainly be dead.

The only time Yusuke had to react was the second it took for the agent to raise his gun. He tried to move away to the right, but was shot three times in the right arm and shoulder. The pain was little compared to what Yusuke had already been through, but that didn't make it hurt any less. Each bullet had passed through him and hit the brick wall behind him. His bullet wounds were already slowly closing up, a quick healing process that made the pain much worse.

 

Yusuke's eyes were missing the cocky, playful personality that they usually had. He flexed his injured shoulder and watched the holes healing up. "I suppose I could have expected cheating." He said. "Not like any regular human can beat me in a fair fight. But it looks like your out of ammo..." He pointed his finger at 47. "Ive got plenty." He considered ending it then and there, but it wasn't his style. He changed his pointed finger to an opened hand, offering to help the agent back to his feet. "Just give up. We'll fight again when you're better."

47 was confused by this sudden show of mercy. He wasn't one to give up easily, but he was able to recognize when he had a bad metaphorical hand of cards, and he knew when to metaphorically fold them. 47 took Yusuke's hand and tried to get up, attempting and failing to ignore the pain in his chest. He clutched it with his free hand and grimaced, gritting his teeth; it was the most emotion his face had shown for the entire tournament. When 47 stood up, he leaned against the brick wall, breathing heavily. He was just about to thank Yusuke when he mentally redacted his statement. It wasn't his style.

"Don't trust the Game Master!" Yusuke warned. "People don't organize tournaments like this with good intentions, and he has no good reason to help you get home. I don't know what you should do, but whatever it is, make sure it isn't stupid." he cupped his mouth and yelled to the air, "You hear that, Game Master? Two more fights, then I'm coming for you! Nobody ruins Yusuke Urameshi's weekend and gets away with it!"

47 listened to Yusuke rant about the tournament and the Game Master. As much as he hated to admit it, the Spirit Detective was right. The Game Master was a rather shifty individual with no real reason to pit these men and women against each other. 47 contemplated what to do. With multiple broken ribs and a splitting headache, he was in no condition to fight. The way he saw things, there was only one thing to do. He went up to Yusuke and tapped him on the shoulder.

 

"What if... what if I took my own life?"

Yusuke turned around and gave him a sharp look. "I'd say you were stupid for even suggesting that. The Game Master will come to us if we stall for too long and we'll find out what to do then. Death won't help things, I've done that twice before and it kind of sucks." He yelled again, "Fight's over Game Master! Get your ass in here!"
