"Okay," Angel said softly, following him to stand in the line.  She watched the pony at the counter choosing vegetables and then putting them in a basket, which he handed to the pony at the counter to be weighed.  That's sort of interesting... she thought.  She then glanced up at Quip.

@Feather Gem,,  Arcane noticed the three fillies only as the Cutie Mark Crusaders, of course he didn't know if Diamond noticed it or not. "Hey Sweetie Bell, tell your sister i'm not getting any younger by waiting". The while filly jumped at the sudden voice from behind her, but she turned around and waved before nodded. "Will do Arcane!" she shouted out to him. Arcane smiled and the fillies continued to pass around the ball. Scootaloo stopped playing for a second and turned to Arcane. "But i thought Twilight knew the gem finding spell as well?" she inquired. "She does, but she is too busy to teach it to me"

 

Quip remembered the second thing on the list and brought her to where a majority of vegetables were being sold. "This one is a bit more popular, so were going to have to wait in line for a minute" he said before leading her to the back of the smallish line in front of the stall. 

"Why do you need a gem finding spell ?" Diamond asked, stopping and waiting for Arcane to catch up to her. *The hives were full of gem stones...But we never had any use for them...Why do ponies need them ?* She thought, holding out her hoof to hold his as they walked.

@Feather Gem ,  Arcane looked left and right and then moved up closer to Diamond. "You know that little pet dragon that Twilight has? Well since she doesn't have time to get him a present, i was hoping i could find some gems and give them to him for his birthday that is coming up. But don't tell anypony, because i told Rarity and everypony else that i needed them for a spell" he whispered to her. He smiled and continued walking with her like nothing ever happened.

 

Quip noticed out of the corner of his eye hat she was looking at him, but it would be awkward to look back, so he simply smiled and looked down at his hoofs. 'Its nice to have colored hoof's for a change. I'm so bored of them being black and having holes in them...'

"Oh, Spirit! You sleep in your armor?", Rockshire asked while she giggled. It WAS kind of funny...

 

"Any hoof, I'm making some breakfast. Would you want any?", she asked, turning away from the stove for a second to turn and see Spirit in his entirety.

Oops...  I forgot to take my armor off...  Oh no! she might see the cutouts for wings when my great grandfather became a changeling!  I need to cover them up!  "I can't sleep without it.  And it's my great grandfather's, not mine.  Sure, if you're okay with making me some."  He started to step slowly backwards towards his room, not to reveal the wing openings.  "I gotta grab something quick though, if that's okay."

"Sure! I wouldn't mind that.", Rockshire said as her horn continued glowing, adding different things into the pan. In less than a few minutes, she had already made hay pancakes with fresh Mareple syrup and some orange juice.

 

"Ok, yours is ready!", she called out.

Dusk rushed to put on his saddlebags and came back out.  They aren't covered all the way... I hope nopony notices...  "Thanks for letting me stay the night, and for making me breakfast."  He sat down and started eating his breakfast.  "So anything you need to do today?"

Angel looked away.  She began to feel slightly awkward.  Say something, Angel.  You're not good company if you don't say anything.  But what do I say?  Anything!  the voices in her head said.  She blinked.  "So...uhm...do you...is it nice...in Ponyville...?"  What.  Angel, he's supposed to ask you that...

"Nope, I really gave nothing planned... Why, did you want to do something?", Rockshire asked Spirit, as she took a bite from her hay pancakes.

 

"If you want to do something, then I would oblige to it. I just really like to hang around with you so much... It's kind of fun."

"Well, there really isn't anything I need to do, but I do remember you needed to get something to finish your project with that you were going to do yesterday but we never got around to it."  I'm doing the only thing I was sent here for... Feed and wait until the takeover starts or something like that...

Angel smiled.  Calm is just what I came here for.  Its certainly not Canterlot, but it seems nice enough.  Angel smiled again at the mention of the pink pony.  "I've already met her," she said.  "Or...shes already met me anyway..." She said she was going to throw me a party.  Just great.

"Lets go to the park." She said, Happily skipping off towards the park. *I think...I may actually have feelings for this pony.* She thought, Looking back behind her at Arcane and smiling. She then remembered what she had done and her smile faded. *But...I only like him because he likes Diamond...And I had to kill her.*

Arcane smiled and followed behind her. He noticed her partially sad look, but it wasn't like anything he had seen her express before. "You okay Diamond? You look a bit down, maybe we should eat lunch instead, might cheer you up having a full stomach" he said and brush up next to her. He looked down at her and his smile faded as well. "Diamond, I've never seen that look on your face before, so please tell me whats going on, and only the truth" he said seriously.

 

Angel smiled.  Calm is just what I came here for.  Its certainly not Canterlot, but it seems nice enough.  Angel smiled again at the mention of the pink pony.  "I've already met her," she said.  "Or...shes already met me anyway..." She said she was going to throw me a party.  Just great.

Quip took a quick deep breath and half smiled, "Well, it shouldn't be too bad. She is nice and all, but sometimes she doesn't think about other ponies feelings, and it ends up badly." They got to the front of the line and Quip waited for Angel to pay and continue.

"Alright," Angel said, softly.  She looked through the celery and chose some nicer looking ones.  She also decided to buy some lettuce as well.  The pony weighed it for her and gave her a price.  The price seemed fair, but Angel wasn't sure.  It was much simpler in Canterlot.  Oh well.  Angel paid without complaint.

"Its nothing Arcane... Im fine." She forced a smile but made sure it wasn't noticeably fake. "And I am happy to go to the park...I'm not really that hungry at the moment." She said. *I wish I could have just stayed at the hives...Why did I sign up to do this.* She thought, Trotting into the park with Arcane and looking around at all the happy ponies.

Arcane stopped walking and turned Diamond around, "No, Diamond you have to tell me what is going on or it will be on my mind forever . I want to be able to help you Diamond, so please just tell me" he said with pleading eyes. Arcane would never force her to tell him, but if she refused this time, he would stop asking about it.

 

Quip took her to the other side of the market to where the (insertforgottenitemhere) were being sold. "I enjoy spending time with somepony instead of sitting around and making fireworks all day, especially with you" he said and smiled at her.

Angel blushed.  She smiled softly at him.  There were only a few ponies at this stall.  They were not waiting in line, so Angel collected a few grapes, blueberries, apples and pears and placed them in a basket.  They were weighed and Angel purchased them.  Now all she needed were daisies and daffodils.

"Arcane...I...I *Sigh* Its better if you don't know...I don't want to keep secrets from you but there are times where some things are best left alone... I'm sorry." She looked down at the ground. "Why don't we go get some lunch." She said, trying to think of something to do apart from sitting in the park.

Arcane sighed and nodded, "Okay, I understand. Lets go get lunch then" he said and started to walk towards (insertrestauranthere) to get lunch.

 

Quip brought her towards the daisies and daffodils, but then he started to think about what he was doing. 'I'm impersonating a pony so i can trick a innocent mare into liking me? This is sickening, but i have orders'. The smile faded from his face and decided he just wanted to get over with the market.

Diamond nodded and followed Arcane to The PonyVille Cafe. (I am great at coming up with names)

"This place looks nice." She said, Sitting down at one of the tables and looking around.

When Diamond sat down one of her back hooves changed from being Diamond...Back to looking like a normal changeling hoof. 

 

(OOC: I am just trying to make things a little more interesting.)

Angel noticed his slight change of mood but decided not to comment on it.  I did something wrong.  As always.  Angel sighed inwardly and the pony at the stall noticed.  The pony helpfully chose the flowers for her and then threw in a few carnations.  Angel thanked the pony and paid him.

Arcane noticed the changed hoof, but he thought it was just cause the midday sun getting in his eyes. He sat down on the opposite side of her and a waiteress came out of the building. "Will you be having the usual Arcane?" she asked him. "No, i'll have the carrot soup. Please". The waitress nodded and turned to Diamond. ((You can control her as well if you want))

 

Quip sighed and tried to put on a smile, "I guess that's everything. Uh..." Quip struck the dirt lightly with his hoof and looked back at Angel,  "I guess if you don't need me anymore i'll be heading home. But it was nice meeting you Angel." he said sadly and started to turn towards home.
