It had been a while since he had touched a guitar. Then, Somber had just realized. She was the first to hear of his playing... He shook it off, and started to sing one of his favorite songs.

" umm carnivore plants arn't they even more dangerous the the forest because they could eat you while trying to water them, or do you controll them with voodoo mind powers?" * right I need to figure out a way to ask arrow leaf to dance but not offend eve....I got it* "hey eve do you regognise that pony who ran into the closet earlier I think I saw you chatting with I'm earlier"

Ragnar began to blush; his awkward reaction seemed to have thrown Marisa off guard.  Nonetheless, he answered her question, "I do work at a school in Canterlot.  It is but a measly job though, I earn little, and I have to deal with uninterested students."  He smiled at his own joke.  Once finished, Ragnar looked upon Marisa, and, for the first time, noticed how truly beautiful she was.  Her pink mane and her white fur complimented each other so well.  Her eyes were a beautiful color as well.

Eve snorted. She couldn't help it. "Voodoo mind powers?" She wasn't sure whether to be insulted or not, and responded incredulously. "It's called magic, and no, I only keep carnivorous plants that don't eat ponies. But yes, I can use my psychic mumbo-jumbo to control my plants if I need to." She smiled, amused by his reaction. 

 

"Oh, yes. That's Somber. I think he's actually playing guitar right now..." She trailed away, trying to hear the strum of a guitar over the music that was shaking the house.

All of a sudden, he stopped there... Why didn't he continue? He got tired and started to play a different song. Too depressing.

" sorry if I offended you , just trying to make some pony laugh, it worked it would seem, I'm sure I heard music as well, so arrow leaf how are you I noticed you sort of bailed earlier". He said turning back to arrow leaf and taking a sip of his water" *voodoo mind powers well it seemed to of worked eve if discracted by sumbras guitar, I'll wait a little bit longer then I'll ask*.

"Um...If you somehow tell the animals that you dont want to hurt them then they wont bother you...Well thats how I do it at least I had quite a lovely day of gardening with a timber wolf once. And I didn't bail...I went to get some water and I got talking...Sorry." Arrow blushed a little

"Well, I'm not quite as good with animals as I am with plants... They don't listen to me... And yes, my magic lets me manipulate plants. Although I just like to influence how they grow, really." She blushed, and giggled conspiratorially when Silver asked Arrow to dance. "I'll take that as my cue to leave... Have fun, you two..."

I once did a book reading at a library for foals, I honestly didn't know their parents forced them to do it, they were so bored" she sighed and shook her head. "Luckily I had decided to bring cupcakes to the reading, so they got a reward for bearing my apparently 'boring' reading." she shrugged and noticed she had been looking at the ground the whole time. She looked up and instantly noticed his golden mane and tail, they were both long and elegant, next to a grey coat they looked amazing. Then she started to wonder if his mane was made out of actual gold... but that would be stupid, gold weighs too much.

"All you have to do is sit down and listen to them...You need to act like you dont want to hurt them and you are just there to help." She smiled, But then Silver Mane asked her to dance. "I'm a... I'm Not a very good dancer." She said, blushing and looking down at the floor.

" don't worry neither am i, no pony will judge us, and if they do I'm part of the guard " he said standing up and holding one hoof out to her " what do you say will you dance with me " * this is it I can't slip up now * he then slightly blushed and smiled.

Arrows lip quivered for a second. "I...I...Ok." She said, taking hold of his hoof and standing up. *At least its rave music...All I have to do is jump up and down.* She thought. *Just relax...If anypony think's I look wierd than that's their problem, Relax and have fun.* She thought.

Ragnar laughed. "I know exactly what you mean," he added with a smile. He took another glance towards Marisa, who he noticed was staring at him. He was a bit confused at first, but later read the signals that Marisa was giving off.

 

He cleared his throat, and decided to capitalize on his chance. "Marisa, would you like to dance?" he asked.

As they silver mane started to rave the track changed to classic slow dance * how can it go from rave to classical * silver mane then cleared his throught " that was odd cloud must have a wide variate of music, shall we continue " he then went to the pose of slow dance, he was hoping hoping to dear celestia that nothing went wrong.

Evergreen made her way, awkwardly, back over to where Bright Spark sat on the couch, alone now. She wondered silently where Somber could have gone, but didn't mention his absence. She sat there, eyes following the dancers. She was at a complete loss of what to do now.

, Marisa blushed, which was something she didn't do often. She bit her lip and was about to nod, but she decided against it. "Um... sure, that would be nice. But I don't know exactly how to dance to rave music. Not really my favourite type of music anyway" she said, trying to avoid dancing. She was perfectly willing to dance with Ragnar, but she as she stated before, she didn't know how to dance, and she didn't like it. "I can't really describe the type of music I like, since I don't know what it is."

Arrow was starting to enjoy herself, She stumbled a couple times and blushed quite a bit. *I was born to grow flowers...Not dance.* She thought, tripping over her own hooves and almost falling to the floor. She quickly caught herself and blushed, Then continued to dance.

* this is alright there's nothing to worry about, what was I fussing about * silver mane started to feel glad he came round after all, while dancing he did almost trip but recovered very quickly and continued, catching arrow whenever she fell or tripped and whenever he did he would say " don't worry you'll get better " and gave a big smile and continued.

Ragnar picked up on Marisa's lack of interest in dancing. "We don't have to dance if you don't want to," he replied, feeling a little bit saddened. Nonetheless, he couldn't let himself fall into the seemingly never-ending whirlwind that was depression. Ragnar told Marissa, in a cheerful tone, "If you evet want to dance, feel free to tell me. The answer will always be yes."

Arrow smiled when he told her she was getting better at dancing.

 

After a couple minutes of dancing Arrow Leaf started getting a little bit tired. "Um, Silver Mane, Do you maybe want to go sit down ?" She asked, moving just off the dance floor so they wouldn't be in anypony's way.

@, Marisa noticed his sadness and bit her lip again. She shook her head and put her hoof on his shoulder, "No, I really want to dance with you. But this isn't my type of music. Once it turns onto something a bit less energetic and jumpy, then I will" she assured him. He seemed like a nice guy, but its always about the first impression, you might not know what someone is like until later.

Evergreen was bored. Deciding that Bright Spark must be asleep or something, she got up, trying to think of what to do. Ooh! Somber was hiding in the closet earlier! I bet he's there again! I'll surprise him! ​With a mischievous little grin on her face, she tiptoed over to the closet... She could hear a guitar from inside... She flung open the door... "Boo!"
