After admiring himself, he looked over at Evergreen, who also looked sparkling clean, her yellow coat seemed like gold, and her green mane seemed like emerald. "So those fish are wonders..." he commented. "It's almost like those fish have some sort of spell that makes us crystal ponies..."

Hop smiled when he put a hoof on her cheek and blushed. She was glad he was having a great time, but she could tell he was having a hard time restraining himself. She was about to say something but he caught her off guard as she felt his lips touch hers. Hop quickly pulled away and looked at him with surprise, her face flushed red. Her heart was racing again and after a few seconds she kissed him. She released the kiss after a moment to breath as she had forgoten to do so, and looked at Umbra, smiling uncontrollably.

Arrow looked into Draco's eyes. "So...Who were you talking too ?" She asked. *Stop being jealous Arrow...You're being way way way too over protective and you need to relax.* She thought. "I mean...If you don't mind me asking...Im just kinda curious."

"Crystal ponies?" Eve laughed. "No, nonono. They just know how to make a pony look good." She eyed him discretely, now thinking. What if she COULD get a floratic specimen from the Crystal Empire that would make a pony look like a crystal pony? She would need to travel there...

Hop let out a short laugh as Umbra fell through the water and came back up looking embarrassed. She then swam closer to him leaning her head on his, looking him in the eyes. "Nope...i guess not." She then pressed her lips to his again, remembering to breath this time.

Style had sat back and watched as the party progressed, Spinning his fedora on his hoof. He had just noticed an orange mare that he didn't remember arriving. She must have got here before I did. He thought to himself. It is a shame if she sat alone this entire party. 

Style dropped his hat during his musings and it rolled over towards Mango Soup. He walked over to retrieve his hat. "Hello, My name is Style. What may I ask is yours?" As he said this he placed his back hoof into his hat, kicking it up and over his back onto his head, he then readjusted it using his wing.

Could he make this last forever? He wanted to most certainly. Thoughts like this ran through his brain until it went utterly blank.

After what seemed like forever Hop ended the kiss and looked at Umbra, her breath heavy with excitment. They floated for a minute until Hop spoke up. "You wana..go look around." She said her heart beating hard against her chest. She began to giggle when the fish swam so close they brushed up against her and went around her whole body. She pecked Umbra once more before escaping his grasp and floated on her back.

He sneezed rather cutely as she drenched him. He shook himself dry again, his fur puffing up a little. He gave a little sigh as she nuzzled him, and began to walk with her happily, wondering silently where she was leading him, his heart threatening to beat itself out of his chest.

After a few minutes of walking Hop found a place she was content with. A nice soft patch of grass under a tree that seemed to create the perfect amount of shade from the high noon sun. She yawned and sat down waiting for Umbra to join her under the tree. She was happy that they had met, and she giggled at his fur which seemed to make him look like one of Raritys fluffy coats she makes sometimes.

Eve pulled herself out of the water, and giggled at her waterlogged hoof, as she examined it. Looking around, she noticed the first stars  beginning to appear in the sky above them... The sun was setting, in a spectacular display of colours. Celestia was just showing off.

 

In through the open gate dashed a lavender unicorn, with a bass clef cutie mark that matched his untidy maroon mane. He was awfully late. Making his way through the mazelike garden paths with an air of familiarity, he made his way to the Prancing Garden, among the leafy statues. He actually laughed at the song playing on the old record player. "Really, Evie?" He said. "These ponies are a bit more recent than that." He pulled, out from his saddlebag, a large number of records of his own, and placed one on the record player. On came one of the most popular songs of the day... He touched his horn to the record to amplify the sound, so it would be heard in all corners of Eve's vast garden...

Umbra smiled, yawning in a more tired kinda way, he didn't need sleep quite yet however. He sat down opposite her smiling like he'd never be sad again. "You have good taste for nice places" he smiled "It's nice to get out of the action, slow down a bit. All I need now is a cup of tea and this would be perfect."

Hop smiled at Umbra. Ironically Hop loved to brew tea, which only added to her liking of him. She didnt want to believe it, not yet, but she thought she was falling in love with him. Still looking at him she wrapped her hoofs around his neck and locked lips again. While doing so she accidentally knocked them both over to the ground. Hop looked up at him apologetically with a smile, then yawned.

Umbra wrapped his hooves around her, hugging her close "It's okay, I like it down here" he whispered, kissing her on the cheek lightly. "I might have to take a nap soon" he smiled, loving the feel of her fur under his hooves, the feel of her lips on his, the way the tree roots seemed to form a cradle around them.

"That was my friend Cloud Puff she went to the wonderbolts academy  with me. It was fun while it lasted but then I had a pretty bad asthma attack during one of the training areas.So I got sent home," Draco shrugged "I also offered her a job to work for me part time,"

The sounds lulled her into sleep with her hoofs around his body, and the warmth radiating off his body warmed hers up as she slept. It was perfect for her, and she hopped it was perfect for him as well.

Arrow Raised her eye brows. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. I was Just curious." She said, trotting in the direction of the hedge maze, But looking back at Draco. "Do you want to wander around in the hedge maze for a bit ?" She asked, Smiling.

*I cant believe I was jealous...We aren't even in a relationship...And I am already feeling protective. I gotta fix that.* She thought.

Arrow giggled. "Yea...I am kinda bad at that, I get really jealous really easily." She blushed and trotted through the entrance into the maze.

The whole maze was glowing from the light of the sunset. The red light peaked through the hedges here and there and the second Arrow took a step through the entrance, All the noise from the party was muffled. It was like stepping into another world. *How beautiful.* She thought, Smiling happily.

Eve remained to be lost in thought, staring at the beautiful sunset. Then, her ears perked. She could hear a distinctly different style of music. Descant must have finally arrived. She remembered, she had promised Style a dance... She started towards the Prancing Garden, where a space had been cleared for dancing, before glancing back at Leaf Orange, wondering if he would follow. Then, she decided not to wait. He'd follow if he wanted to. She made her way to the Prancing Garden, and started to look around to see if Class was still there...

 

(OOC: The Prancing Gardens is the name of the area with all the pony hedge statues. Just to let you know. They're actually modeled in the likeness of all the attendees. 'Cuz Eve is cool like that. And yes, I am just making this up as I go.)
