"It was um...Well, I have never kissed anypony before...But she seemed good at it." He laughed and sat up. "That was why I kinda wanted to be alone...I thought I would be the one saying that I liked her...But she just kinda kissed me...Anyway, Sorry for not inviting you and...I forgot his name...Oh yea, Fuse." 

"Well, what are you going to do now? Are you gonna ask her out again?" Then Dusk had an idea. "You should totally bring her to my concert later today! A couple of the boys and I will be playing around 6:30, a short ways from the Freak Show. We' 'll play something romantic just for the two of you. When it' s over, you can watch the firework show. She'll love it!"

Diamond gave them all a funny look. "You've decided the circus master can live here ?" She asked. "Also...Do you have any of that tea left...The Circus master wants a sample...If thats ok." She said, Stepping into the trailer.

"It was my fault, Rockshire. Don't blame yourself. You haven't lost a friend. But..." He hesitated.He didn't want to hurt her with what he had to say...

 

"But... If we do spend time together, it will have to be as friends... I hope you understand..."

 

He truly looked remorseful...

"I.... I would be fine... With just being friends.", Rockshire managed to mumble out, smiling a little. Although the weird feelings kept increasing by each passing second, she tried to remain calm. What if her feelings to him WERE real? How would he take it? Would she regret it?

Flame smiled and his wings fluttered. "Would you really be able to do that ? They laughed together. "No, no, no," Tag said, smiling. "We've talked it over, and decided it's okay for you to move into the spare room." "If the Circus master lets you in, that is," Rag finished, as Tag hurried back inside to fetch the tea sample. Moments later, he emerged again from the trailer, grasping the sample. He offered it to Diamond.

"Good luck!" he yelled after him as Flame flew away.

 

Then, Dusk flew back down to the ground, and on the way he spied Chamois' tent. He decided to head over and say hi. As he walked closer, looking at her through the crowd he thought about Flame' s newly revealed romance. "Maybe..." he thought, drifting off in his mind. She was certainly beautiful, and he liked her personality, and he kept thinking about her, but no. "I don't have a crush on Chamois," he thought, "I couldn't!" His train of thought was broken as he greeted the object of his contemplation.

 

"Hey, Chamois! How are you today?" he asked with a friendly grin.

He took off the wig, now showing the bone sticking out.

 

"A few years ago, I was involved in a construction accident. Blew off my horn. Spent 12 weeks in the hospital with extensive surgeries fighting for my life. They literally had to implant a bone into my horn, just to stop the bleeding... I can't use magic. I'm useless. The agent took control of this situation, just to make money. Now, I'm here for people to laugh at my pain..."

 

He put the wig back on, looking a little sad.

Diamond pulled Rag and Tag into a hug. "I cant thank you two enough...But I need to get going, I told him that I would be fast...Thanks for the tea." She said, Smiling and grabbing the tea from Tag. "Be back soon." She said, Flying back towards the office.

 

 

Flame glanced into a window and saw a simple yet beautiful bracelet sitting a shelf. He smiled and trotted into the store. "Excuse me...How much is that bracelet at the front of the store ?" He asked, Smiling. "That Bracelet...Two hundred and seventy eight bits." Said the pony behind the counter. Flames eyes widened. "Um...I don't really have that much on me...Can you hold it behind the counter while I run to the bank ?" He asked. The pony nodded and trotted to the front of the store to get the bracelet while Flame ran out towards the bank.

Chamois raised her eyes from the charcoal to look up at Dusk.  Oh, lookie.  He came back, she thought tiredly.  Though instead of sighing and being hostile, she decided why bother?  You can talk to some pony like a normal pony without trusting them.   Go ahead.  Give yourself a break.  "I'm fine," she said automatically.  But she supposed she was anyway.

Fuse's voice started to get a little more happier, and possibly for the first time in his life... He showed a small smile to the side of his face.

At that moment, he wasn't sure what to do next, so he tried to hug her, and it turning out awkward... He pulled back.

Though he was focused on the art and the conversation, he also pondered some things in the back of is mind. Despite her kind outward behavior, something about her showed some inner hostility. "I wonder why she feels so antagonistic towards colts," he thought.

"Oh... That's a nice gesture. I really couldn't count what I slept on as a bed... Just a pile of leaves... Doesn't help much with the wind blowing them away, or bugs getting inside them... Not the best choice for winter... Or summer... Or, well, any day of the seasons. At least the tree is comfy...ish."
