He turned to the snack table, and took a plate - "Umm, you don't mind if I snack out a little do you?" he asked before he took anything else. "Stomach's remembered how hungry it was." He said as he eyed up the various foodstuffs on the table.

"Oh, it's okay, I understand. I'm.. I'm just gonna go over here for a minute and think" She smiled at Star and trotted over to an empty picnic table. "What am I going to do?" She whispered to herself. "I don't know how to express my love to him and I'm terrified I'll mess everything up"

Leaf pretty much had the same problem as Dusk, Leaf loved Silver; but he's afraid to propose his love. He then saw Silver Sun at a picnic table, probably thinking the same thing as Leaf. He then decided to come trot up to her and try to make her feel better.

"Alright, I don't mind. But if you keep eating, you'll lose your good looks!" Star Rain joked, though a tiny part of her was being a little serious. She then thought back on her words. Did I seriously just say all of that?! That thought stayed in her head as she went and levitated an apple and a cupcake over to her plate.

Dusk had already started to pile food on his plate, an apple, hay fries and a lettuce sandwich - when he heard Star comment on his appearance, he was surprised to hear it, and he lifted his head, dropping his food on the floor as he did so. Again his coat rippled in reaction to this sudden emotional change. He also turned a hefty shade of maroon in the face, and looked over to Star. "W-wha" he wanted to talk, but his words got caught in his throat. He then realized he had dropped his food, and began picking it up mumbling something to himself.

Star Rain simply levitated the food back onto Dusk's plate to spare him the need to pick up it all up. She noticed that he wanted to say something and assumed what he was going to say next. She was starting to regret her words, even though they were meant to be a joke and a compliment.

He was a little shocked when his food put itself back on the plate, but he recognized the cyan magic instantly. He looked at the food on the plate at head level, took the plate in his mouth and set it on the table in front of him, then completely ignored it, turning his attention to Star "thanks"- who wasn't looking as happy as she did a second ago. There was a moment of silence, before he smiled at her - "I'd know that look anywhere" he remarked "don't look back, and don't regret" he tried to comfort her with those words. He stepped closer to her, completely forgetting everything around him. His heart was beating so fast he couldn't feel the individual pumps anymore. Did she mean it? Was that your chance Dusk? It might be the only one you'll get! He thought to himself briefly. Now or never! He stepped in and initiated a small kiss on the lips with Star, taking a leap of faith.

Star Rain agreed with Dusk's advice, but before she was able to finish her sentence, she got that unfamiliar feel. Realizing what just happened, she just froze there on the spot like a unicorn skilled in ice magic had just encased her in ice. Its effects was as powerful and good as that hug she got from Dusk. Her face was about as red as a rose that was nearby.

After he broke the kiss, he immediately took a step back - "Oh my, i'm so sorry! I overstepped it didn't I?! Oh dear Celestia what have I done...i'm so so sorry!" he panicked - and this was coming from the pony who just told Star not to regret her actions. In response to his initial fear, Dusks coat shimmered about 3 shades darker than normal, and he was almost completely black as a result.

Star Rain still stood there, frozen on the spot. Then, her nerves relaxed and she was loose again. "No, r-really, i-it's ok!" she stammered. Then she noticed that Dusk had turned a very dark shade of blue. She related it to a kind of defense mechanism that some animals use when they get scared. To calm things down, she joked,"I was actually shocked because of your coat! It's all black and covered in soot!"

He then looked back at his coat - "oh" his ears flopped to his head again, and then he closed his eyes and seemed to really concentrate on something, before his coat reverted to its normal colour once again.

Silver felt his kiss, at first she was surprised and scared then she felt the warmth of his kiss spread through her body. When they broke apart it still lingered, and she blushed. " Leaf.. I.. I don't know what to say" then she closed her eyes and kissed him back.

Of course, Leaf wanted to say that he loved her; but before that, he was kissed by Silver after they broke off the first one. It really felt sensational, and yet he's blushing from the moment before they kiss. "I just wanted to get it over with it... that's all..." he thought.

He eventually snapped back to it, and realized Star wanted him to follow her. Eager, but gingerly he followed close behind her, not saying a word.

And when she complimented him, he blushed a bit.

He was silent for a moment.

Eve glanced about briefly. The silence was oppresive. "Did... Did you want to go and... Do something together?" She didn't quite know what to say...

Star Rain made sure they were hidden well and that nopony could see them. With a tiny bit of hesitation, she said,"This is my thanks for that hug and kiss." With even more hesitation, she wrapped her hooves around Dusk and gave him a kiss. Both of them felt like a fire on a cold winter's day. She turned very red and let go.

Goldseek was caught by surprise by when Diamond kissed him, but quickly put his hoofs around the beautiful mare, eyes closed. Everything about it was perfect. He didn't want it to ever end. How did he get so lucky? 'I think it's safe to say she feels the same as I do' He thought.

When she let go, Dusk took her hooves in his "So...does this mean we both feel the same way?" he asked, half joking, half unsure. 

He had the biggest smile on his face now "nopony has ever made me feel this way before" he said looking down a little to the side..."but...I'm happy you did"
