request Anyone willing to draw my OC?

I'm looking for someone to Draw my OC Tech (You can find him in my signature) so I can have a better reference image to use in the future rather than a pony creator picture. Basically what I want is possibly something along the lines of him with his pair of artificial wings (which look something like this) off to the side of him (They are supposed to be part of a harness but the harness isn't necessary as they are detachable) And like I said I'm looking for something to use as a reference picture for the future.
