The best I can tell is to just keep focus on the voice, if they tell you an instruction like "take a deep breathe" follow what they say.

I'm not entirely sure. Oh well. Anyway, back to the topic at hand.

 

First: Privacy

 

Find a place you will be undisturbed for the duration of the file. Preferably during the daytime from personal experience.

 

Second: Relaxation

 

Lying on your back is the best experience for me. I suggest that, for pegasi, you lie on your front so as not to disrupt the proprioception shift for your wings. As unicorn or earth pony, it shouldn't really matter.

 

Third: During the File

 

Don't think. Just listen. Don't think about the file. Don't think about the voice. Just listen to the voice and let yourself be absorbed. Allow the experience, but don't expect anything. It is best to just let it happen.

 

Fourth (Side note): Looping

 

When looping a file, use ear buds or headphones that won't fall off while you are either alternately engaged or asleep. Many of my sessions have been cut while looping sue to the headphones I wear falling off mid-file while asleep. Alternately, tape your ear buds to your ears. That can work.

For another update. Mostly is similar to before but rather my tone of voice was gradually more so higher then usual. Hooflock usually lasts around a few seconds, standing up was a bit woobly.

I don't want to try it yet, I like my hands, and Squirrel said she fell on her face lol. I am very tall and fell down the other day and it hurt for some time, because of being taller theres more time for my upper body to accelerate, if I fall on my face I could get seriously hurt.

 

But, I wonder if there are other similar hypnotization things?

 

Because this reminds me of recently there was that zombie walk incident where people dressed as zombies and a car tried to drive through as they crossed the street, and they attacked the vehicle.

 

I don't think anyone was hurt besides a broken window from the vehicle. I don't remember. But I think its related to the stanford prison experiment. 

 

Anyways, I would rather be a pony anthro. If I am an anthro I can still use my hands and its alot easier to not be so weird. But I think if someone makes one like that it'd be more difficult because of memories of normal ponies interfering with it.

 

But I actually earlier today and yesterday tried to think of a species with the most desirable behaviors, because of the zombie walk incident. And now this seems very related too, I think ponies are a great choice because they can be so much nicer, and its already well known. 

 

But I still would love to use my hands and be able to stand lol.

 

But imagine a Pony Walk instead of a zombie walk lol. Basically, but, I wonder what is a step above that you know?

I think this could be useful enough for the imaginary friend aspect. I know the edit says this is different, its hypnotization not, I forget that other word. But idk I think if theres a roleplay idea I could work out beforehand I could change the effects a little bit. Or I could participate to see how to lure myself into the specific effect itself more in a way I desire.

Um. I am searching through the link, they relocated, I am searching through there. They are the journals? I am confused.

I didn't look at a journal yet but I will shortly. Um. What I want to be is so ridiculous I would probably end up hurting myself accidentally regardless if I do get what I want. Because I aim very high.

 

So perhaps I should just aim for a smart pony. But I am not sure if the personalities covered will be enough for that. But I understand what you mean by identity crisis.

I basically meant I could employ a psychological trick to change the effects, or nullify the effects so I can see how it is specifically before making my decision. From what I gather so far it takes a long time for a change to become more permanent anyways. But I only checked a few pages out, perhaps you know more of how the results tend to be.

 

But also, if I learn how they do it I mean, I could also just write my own version of it and read it out loud perhaps.

I'm sure you said you were very high, though perhaps it was just a typo, and perhaps I'm too damned cautious....  Regardless, little harm could come were I to tell you that yes, there are files other than the mane six.  There's one for Trixie, Octavia, and Vinyl, among others I believe.

Yeah. From what you know, why did that one with Twilight work and not the others? Anything different you could think of? Perhaps shorter or longer sentences. Perhaps different tone, perhaps different styles of details, perhaps you were more tired listening to that one than the others because you listened to it later in the day? Anything come to mind?

The induction process in the Twilight file felt much more natural. Instead of saying something like, "I'm going to count down from 3, and you'll fall into a trance", which puts pressure on me, he lists the mane six.  It's hard to explain.

I see its because when it references your self, 'you' gets in the way of the new you which would be the pony. Yeah I can see how trance is supposed to be more like, something you just slip into instead of actively trying to reach that state. In the case here trying is not doing lol. No, it's not that he's referencing me, it's that he's more telling me to relax, whereas in the Twilight file, he more politely suggests it.  I tried the other two up until about a week ago, I suppose.  They're on YouTube, and the Twilight 3.0 was sent to me by Blue.

I mean, him acknowledging a 'you' would cause the idea of 'you' to be present and in the way of the new you. Like trying to copy paste a file on a disc that has no space, or, you overwriting the previous file pasting the new one. Not a perfect metaphor though lol. Oh they are on youtube? thats very good to know hehe. I am finding the journals are helpful though. The fact it takes them months to achieve great changes tells me I could try to write my own and read it while listening to similar music perhaps, and write key differences between the better ones. Write my own OC based on that. Perhaps even if I wanted to, download and chop up specific quotes from those videos to make into a new video. But if it sounds choppy that might be a poor idea. I am glad for what you told me though, thank you. Are they alllll on youtube though or just the mane 6?
