Didn't the file suggest that each time you use the trigger phrase, the stronger it gets?  I think it would be faster and easier to master it like that.

That is true. Well i'm still going to listen to the file and see what happens. Which BTW throughout the day i had one thing that was bugging me and that was the fact that my mind couldn't decide who i truly was. One half of my mind said chris while the other side said fluttershy ( i'm guessing that's why i almost said fluttershy at starbucks). It didn't bother me a whole lot but it was a very interesting thing going on in my head

I have an idea of what you may try doing when that happens, though I don't know if it will help.  Find a secluded area, and say the trigger phrase, but not before writing a note to Fluttershy telling her to say 'revert to normal'.  That might turn you completely back to normal.  Do you feel at all Fluttery right now?

A little bit. I do have the sudden urge to find pictures of cute animals but nothing else. I'll keep that idea in mind. I'll use a buisness card from my work to write down the reverting trigger for fluttershy and then test that out. For now i'll just get some rest.....right after i say hi to this cute little bird outside on my patio

I could be better, because my last three meals consisted of icecream there are going to be some detrimental effects lol. But emotionally I am fine. And I had vivid dreams last night/this morning.

That's interesting. For me on the other hand i did the fluttershy file again last night but during the file i heard somepony bang my wall and i opened my eyes during it. The weird thing was that i had my eyes open yet still in a trance so i could still feel myself becoming fluttershy while i was awake......i mean literally i could have sworn i saw hooves, my muzzle, and her mane. When i woke up about 15 min ago all of the physical changes were gone but my mind was a little bit in the fluttershy state

I have not been trying any specific pony file, Im going to try the spa one and flight one though again. Probably spa first so I can get more of the traits. Because I like being able to stand on two feet, and it'd make it harder with the um, pony files. At the chat there one or two suggested I go for Pinkie Pie though. But I am not sure that I want to.
