I just realized what would happen if there are two fluttershy's talking on the forum at the same time. Would it be good or bad

I'm just hoping for the day when you and I have a conversation–you being Fluttershy and I being Twilight.

 

As for news of my progress: once again, that weird warm spot on the back of my head appeared, but more noticeably (as well as a much less impressive proto-mane on my back than last time), and it seems to appear at the same time in the file each time, though I can't currently remember which part that is. Moreover, I feel as if I can focus more easily on the voice exclusively than I could previously.

Treid the DJ PON3 again and this time I got tthe hooves, the mane, and where the horn was meant to be, i got warm fuzzy feeling there. its very hard tyiping with hooves.

Did the Fluttershy file again tonight, can definitely tell it starting to have a stronger effect on me. It is affecting me more physically I believe than mentally yet, trying to walk to the bathroom was a chore had to do it on arm and leg, still hoping a more developed mental part comes soon, not sure how long it should or will take.

Good morning everypony. I just woke up and i fell flat on my face. Turns out that i'm still feeling the pony body effects from the pegasus flight file. Right now i feel every change : the muzzle,hooves, ears, etc..... Also when i was trying to wake up my brother i was talking to him like Fluttershy for a few seconds before i caught myself

I tried the Dashie file last night. I was feeling something in my left hand only (does finger position matter? My left hand ones were outstretched but my right hand was curled up... wondering if that is why I only felt it in my left) and there was this almost burning sensation around my chest/throat. I panicked when that happened and snapped out of it. Anyone know what this could be?

I think that the throat sensation may have been your voice changing, and I think that you might want to make sure your hands are both in a similar position to each other–probably outstretched as your left was.

That makes sense. It was kind of painful, though, I don't know if I could force myself to wait it out. It has deterred me from trying again for the time being. But, if I do try again, I'll make sure all my limbs and what not are symmetrical

I can only guess. But if it hurts a second time you should probably give it a break or not try it. Posture may have had to do with it (the hand), breathing differently could have effected the symptom at your lungs.

Im doing good, got more significant changes personality wise, got a um, more effective trance I think. Im trying to multitask when doing files lately, and I just basically played a different videogame, one which was less engaging, and the trance effected me more. The first game was also an action game and the second was not, which could have made it alot easier to effect me. I want to experiment more like this honestly, it was fun.

I think Im going to switch my path, I have been trying to do Fluttershy but think that her personality and mine might be too far apart. So Im thinking I'm going to move onto Rainbow Dash or Pinkie. Would look at Twilight cause like her I care a lot about my studies and am a little introverted but wouldn't want that all intensified. Im also pretty similar to Rainbow Dash in some ways, but could be a little more of an extrovert like her, which is also why I am considering Pinkie, just need to choose between them. Also for anyone who's gotten pretty far into the hypnosis, how much of a change is there when you are outside of the triggered state, cause if I do choose between Pinkie and Rainbow I am worried that it could affect me negatively, education wise which would not be good with me starting college.

That's awesome. As for me i had a even stronger reaction to the pegasus flight file. I had feelings like air was blowing in my face, when it mentioned that my ears perked up it did so, and i felt more of the wings when it talked about flapping them. One thing to note was in the file it talked about flying in a thunderstorm and when thunder audio played i freaked out a bit ( i'm pretty sure that's how fluttershy would react). When i woke from the file i was in the fluttershy state but not to the point where i would not remember stuff

Ok so I am a bit of a moron I really suck with PC stuff. It was so easy to find. It one of these moments.

So I lisiend to Twilights done one by Taurus and Moondust there both good. So I did hers 3 times before work and I left home in a better mood then ushial. Even at work with 1 of my managers could not pull me down from this mood all day. Even when I left work I was still felling energized. So thank you for sharing this link. I am going to continue useing this for a month or 2 to see if it helps me in any other ways. I am going to give this to some of my work mates and friends to see if this helps with there stress. This is what I have to say to any stress today.

Well they are on top of my head and my right ear is twitching a lot. Almost feels like it is waving around. Also my legs feel more pony like right now
