Well I just looped the file for the last hour...so I got very little hooflock + starting to feel the muzzle. Still feel a strong feeling of the tail, wings and ears. I guess repetition is the key for me

Yea I looped the shorter file so it turns out the file is only 13 mins long... So I got around 4 or 5 listenings in that hour

Alternatively, you could also use the spa file as an additional induction (just cut out the awakener at the end of the spa file and start the normal file instead)

Personally, I like to play the Blank Mind trance aid that the Hypnoponies site has available before playing a hypnosis file. Helps me clear my mind (go figure) and gets me into at least somewhat of a trance before I go into the actual file.

Meep! Um, be very careful using that file. It's actually been delisted from the site because it's not well written enough to be considered safe. The end of the file gives a trigger that someone else can activate and basically someone else can rewrite your mind.
