Well, I will say it's not the worst file out there, just be careful using it around someone malicious that does know the trigger. I will say it's still good to use, just not something we want spreading everywhere.

On another note, I just noticed the pegasus flight file released on Hypnoponies and realized how much I want a pony with wings... Maybe I'll reset and go with Rainbow Dash. Yes you can. The 3.0's big difference really is that it adds a little story to the file to help get the personality in. You can switch between versions, but stick with one pony unless you reset in between them.
