Pony hypnosis is meant to be just that. Tricking your mind into thinking you're a pony for a little while. These people that end up taken over by the pony or accidental tulpas are uncommon cases, not what you should be expecting as a result.

 

You want to be taken over by a pony? Okay, you can let that happen if you want, but it's only going to happen if you want it to.

 

You want a tulpa? Consider that decision carefully. Hypnosis is not meant to create tulpas, Chris's Flutter tulpa was accidental. A tulpa is a sentient being that will stick around for pretty much the rest of your life unless you 'kill' it. And who wants to end a sentient being's existence like that?

Simple, you can politely ask them to leave you be. Most of the time, they'll respect that you don't need them around at certain times. But otherwise, you can talk to them in your thoughts. Totally discreet, for real.

Well first i was actually a little nervous about talking to her because i was afraid that she would ask me how she gets from equestria to here. We did talk though about how we are doing. She did ask me that question later on and i kept quiet about it for a little bit then i told her that it is complicated and will tell her eventually. She wasn't upset about it. In fact she was fine that i didn't tell her now but i promised i'll tell her later this week

I'm not sure how she'll react to what i may say to her but i'm going to find a way to say something instead of saying " fluttershy the only reason why you're here is because i hypnotized myself into being you". Saying that would devastate her

She was created as a tulpa accidentally. It was because i kept doing the fluttershy file.

Well i hope she does stay with me. Having her around gets rid of any depression that i can experience and brings me joy. In fact i never been so happy in my life ever since she first showed up.

Btw i can feel my head starting to transition into a pony head again.

So incredible event. I've reached a pretty good point in my sessions, because finally I've gotten into full trance. And even better, Octavia got to communicate with me . I would've shown an image to you guys but crappy incompatibility between my phone and the uploader.

 

I left a note for her saying, "Hello Octavia, how are you?" She simply replied, "We're am I?" I take it that must be they're first reaction . Kinda sad now I think about it.
