Nothing truly definitive, but I heard the clock again, and my feet didn't just get numb, they prickled a bit, and my toes are moving strangely.  I can't move one at a time, it's all or nothing.

That's good progress. For the legs the one part that took me a long time to feel is when they say your legs twist and bend into pony legs

Not sure if it's an effect or not, but I'm thinking about the origin of toes, and how they were originally more finger-like until our ancient ancestors diverged from the ancestors of chimps.  They look so weird, like little baby fingers.

So session entry again. Another update, more results. Increased sensations during the transform trigger, though I still need a bit more time. Body weight shifted a bit more heavily. My hands and feet felt a bit numb, as if unable to properly move them. Head shape felt more broad. Horn sensation, still needs work, but it was notable. Overall a better experience.

Really cool, I found the most effective part was the hooves. I couldn't move my fingers after. 

It was really relaxing and I really think you should try it if you want.

You don't really have to do this ifyou lucid dream and everynight your a pony but i'll give it a try!

Alright guys, I'm back in my house now. I can spend a lot of time for hypnosis. 

I was trying to listen AJ file during travelling by train 2 times (2 travels). And same effect as usually - I can enter into trance and listen, but in one moment I don't hear... or remember hearing... words from the file. But I've added a song "We're going for a ride" just after those file to make me waking up (And not missing my train station). That's odd, when you hear silence (AJ file is on) and suddenly you hear those song. 

After saying or hearing the trigger, I'm just feeling pony ears, sometimes pony eyes. But nothing with other parts of body or with character. I just know that I'm Linds (right, Kamil is my real name xP)... maybe my mind is sticked too much to the ground? 

 

Tonight I'm going to try ElectricBlueMLP's advice about making a playlist with induction file and then some loop's. But without that I'm still thinking about pony resset file and trying with Twilight or RD file. 

 

But now I would like to ask you for help. You seem to have better knowledge about animations, screenshot's etc with ponies. And I remember one person was helping EBMLP in getting him into Fluttershy. Could you do the same with me? Maybe that would help. Yes, I'm not going to leave it so easily. I've seen on the forum we already have got a Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy here. Somebody are working with RD, Twilight and Pinkie Pie files, so there is just AJ missing for the full "family". Somebody has to fill the hole

Well... Report about last night. 

New feelings: after saying trigger I'm feeling an applebucking thighs so much. Sometimes I'm feeling forehooves.  

After saying Revert to normal I'm still feeling pony ears and mentioned thighs too. 

There aren't any visual- or mind- effects. Even when I'm closing eyes, imaginating pony body I would see after opening them. 

 

I think that I'm Polish and English isn't my primary language could cause problems with falling into hypnosis, but it would be strange, because I'm understanding what is said in the file. But maybe focusing on understanding English isn't same as focusing on the hypnotizing voice?

Good morning everypony. Listened to the fluttershy file last night then woke up this morning still feeling like fluttershy (not to the extent as the last few times). I'm evem typing this up with my hands still feeling like hooves.
